سجناء بريطانيا يعتنقون الإسلام

أصبح الخوف من الإسلام في الغرب ليس منحصرًا داخل المجتمعات الأوروبية بل انتقل إلى داخل السجون أيضًا، وذلك بعد ازدياد الإقبال على اعتناق الإسلام في أحد سجون بريطانيا.فقد أفادت صحيفة "ميل أون صندي" اليوم أنّ ثلث السجناء في سجن فلتهام في غرب لندن هم من المسلمين، مما جعل عددًا كبيرًا من السجناء الآخرين يعتنقون دينهم متأثرين بهم.وقالت الصحيفة: إنّ 229 مسلمًا من أصل ما مجموعه 686 شخصًا محتجزون في سجن فلتهام، وهناك الآن الكثير من المصلين في صلاة الجمعة إلى درجة أنّهم يتم توزيعهم بين المسجد والصالة الرياضية في السجن بسبب عدم وجود مكان يتم استيعابهم أثناء الصلاة.ونسبت إلى مصدر مطلع قوله: "إن سجن فلتهام شهد خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية طفرة كبيرة في عدد السجناء الذين يحضرون الصلاة، وفاجأت شعبية الديانة الإسلامية الكثير من موظفي السجن، وشهدنا عددًا كبيرًا من السجناء يعتنقون الإسلام".وقالت "ميل أون صندي": إن العاملين في سجن فلتهام أكّدوا أن السجناء غير المسلمين في السجن يتم احتجازهم في زنزاناتهم خلال صلاة الجمعة بسبب قلة عدد الحراس المطلوبين لمراقبة خدمة الغداء.وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أنّ هذه الظاهرة أثارت مخاوف البريطانيين، مما جعلهم يزعمون أن السجناء يعتنقون الديانة الإسلامية للحصول على فرص أفضل من الغذاء والراحة خاصة خلال شهر رمضان.ونقلت عن مصدر بالسجن قوله: "هناك فرق بين المؤمنين من التيار السائد والمتطرفين، لكن الخوف هو أن يجري نشر أفكار التطرف بين أوساط الشبان في سجن فلتهام الذين يعتنقون الإسلام طلبًا للحماية أو لاعتقادهم بأن ذلك يمنحهم فرصًا أفضل لحياة أسهل في السجن".

There is something about prison, when some one is in he has no exit but to look for the truth. Whatever sin or crime human commit they know that there is good and evil and they know that they are not that bad and able to be much better. They search for the truth with sincere heart there happen with no much pressure or preoccupation like the outside world. You have more time with yourself to ask why I am here in this world and what I am meant to be. When you read the Quran in this situation you find one on one God talk to you directly and you feel that he is always there and he is always extending his hand and he has the right path for us. You know you can be again human and pure despite all the sins. You know that he will accept you again and he will have new white page for you. The offer is great that you feel the greatness of the God who created us and the whole universe able to forgive all our sins unlike humans. For born-again Christan like Muslim convert no sin that can not be erased and in fact the Quran has most of the teachings of Jesus. Some of the Christians refused that for the notion that if you do not believe that God is also the son you have the spirit of the anti-Christ while Christ himself believed he and God is not the same and he prayed and worshiped the same God that we pray to and worship. God has been talking to the Jewish prophets over centuries and if he has a son he would let them know and will not surprise them until he comes to the earth. The Question is to search the Quran if it is from God and his true revelation or not, was Muhammad (PBUH) truly contacted by God or not.
