وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ قَالَ أُوْحِيَ إِلَيَّ وَلَمْ يُوحَ إِلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ وَمَن قَالَ سَأُنزِلُ مِثْلَ مَا أَنَزلَ اللّهُ وَلَوْ تَرَى إِذِ الظَّالِمُونَ فِي غَمَرَاتِ الْمَوْتِ وَالْمَلآئِكَةُ بَاسِطُواْ أَيْدِيهِمْ أَخْرِجُواْ أَنفُسَكُمُ الْيَوْمَ تُجْزَوْنَ عَذَابَ الْهُونِ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَقُولُونَ عَلَى اللّهِ غَيْرَ الْحَقِّ وَكُنتُمْ عَنْ آيَاتِهِ تَسْتَكْبِرُونَ (6:93)

6:93 (Picktall) Who is guilty of more wrong than he who forgeth a lie against Allah, or saith : I am inspired, when he is not inspired in aught; and who saith: I will reveal the like of that which Allah hath revealed? If thou couldst see, when the wrong doers reach the pangs of death and the angels stretch their hands out, saying: Deliver up your souls. This day ye are awarded doom of degradation for that ye spake concerning Allah other than the truth, and scorned His portents.

Explanation:

God answered the Arab at the time of Prophets who would say that he invented the Quran, which can be said about the people who says that now. He told them it will be grave to some one to lie about God like the one who proclaim falsely prophethood or those who decline that the words of God are true.

Thus a false prophet will have grave consequences against him. Similarly those who declined the true words of God or they would say we could had brought what is like it if we wanted will be doomed.

The decisive answer to them will occur at the moment of death. At that time the angels will come to take their souls and give them the bad news for the dome that await them. They are the one who chose that they denied God's word and were arrogant against his reasoning and verses.
