منذ اندلاع الثورة السورية في منتصف مارس/آذار الماضي لم تصل إلى تحقيق موقع إستراتيجي متقدم من إمكانية تحقيق الانتصار كما هي في الأسابيع الأخيرة وبالضبط من أواخر رمضان وليالي العيد التي كانت قُدّاسا لرسالة صناعة الثورات عبر مداد الدماء وتضحيات الثوّار وذلك في مشهدها المُذهل لعقيدة الفداء وصولا إلى إعلان المجلس الوطن الانتقالي.
وقبله نقل تحرك الضباط المنشقين إلى مرحلة تأسيس فعلي لجيش مركزي بمعارك واقعية نفذها لحماية المدنيين عبر جسمه المستقل عن الثورة السلمية, وهو ما جعل من إعلان قيام الجيش السوري الحر أحد محاور القضية السورية الرئيسية في أنظار العالم.
ويؤكد الزحف الإستراتيجي الذي تحققه الثورة السورية فعليا على الأرض ميدانيا ولوجستيا وسياسيا, وهو ما لم يبرز لدى البعض بحكم وحشية القمع الذي مارسه النظام في دمشق وتغطية طهران له, لكنه في القراءة التحليلية الاعتبارية حراك منتظم في تقدمه وقربه من النصر.
وسنعرض هنا لهذه المحاور الثلاثة التي تكاملت في الثورة السورية ودورها المستقبلي في تحقيق التكامل المطلوب لوصول الثورة السورية مرحلة التحرير وإقامة نظام بديل في دمشق ينتمي للشعب العربي فيها.
"الإعلان الجديد عن تشكيل المجلس الوطني السوري ومبادئه وهيكله كان من أقوى نسب التحقيق المتوقعة للمجلس ولحراكه المستقبلي"المحور الأول: المجلس الوطني السوري برغم الصعوبات والإخفاقات الكثيرة التي واجهتها مسيرة المعارضة السورية في الخارج وحجم التباين الذي برز بينها وبين قوة دفع الداخل إلا أنّ الحصيلة الأخيرة في الإعلان الجديد لتشكيل المجلس الوطني السوري ومبادئه وهيكله كان من أقوى نسب التحقيق المتوقعة للمجلس ولحراكه المستقبلي وذلك يبرز بوضوح في العناصر التالية:
1- كان أبرز رسالة وأقواها وأكثرها على الإطلاق في التأثير هو ذلك الإعلان الشعبي الشامل في الداخل الذي عبّرت عنه المظاهرات الليلية مساء إعلان المجلس الوطني تشكيله وخطته الجديدة, فهذه المباركة الشعبية للمظاهرات في العديد من المدن وبرامج الحراك أعطت قوة زخم كبيرة للمجلس الوطني السوري .
2- قوة تمثيل هيئات الثورة السورية في الداخل: اتحاد التنسيقيات والمجلس الأعلى للثورة والهيئة العامة للثوار وجماعات أخرى أُعلن عن مشاركتها وأعلنت هي من الداخل ذلك ودعمها للمجلس الوطني.
3- توحّد مساري الدوحة وإسطنبول وتحوّل مسار الدوحة إلى داعم للتشكيل من خلال تصريحات قيادات فيه ودعوة د. عزمي بشارة -إحدى الشخصيات المهتمة بحوار الدوحة- المترددين من الحركة العلمانية الفكرية المؤيدة للثورة والمتحفظة على التشكيل إلى المشاركة بالمجلس وتأكيد د. عزمي بشارة على أنّ مؤتمر الدوحة ساهم إيجابيا في تهيئة الأجواء لإعلان إسطنبول وهو ما عزز الرسالة الإيجابية لمستقبل المجلس وكان إعلان مانديلا العرب المناضل السوري المعروف رياض الترك تأييده للمجلس رسالة إضافية أخرى لحجم الوحدة الوطنية القوية للمجلس.
4- وجود تمثيل نوعي مقبول للإسلاميين والليبراليين والقوميين وغيرهم وكذلك المسيحيين والطوائف ومشاركة كردية مع امتناع بعض كتلها, وكان تأكيد د. برهان غليون والقيادة الإدارية للمجلس على أنّ المجلس ليس مُغلقاً وأن حلقات الحوار مستمرة مع الأطراف المتحفظة كافيا لإعطاء بعد جيد لعلاقات المجلس مع بعض الأطراف المترددة.
5- وضوح بيان المجلس وخطوط عمله وتنظيمه للتصور الجديد لبرنامج العمل التنفيذي للمرحلة القادمة التي من الطبيعي سترتكز على الضغط على الخارج للقيام بواجباته ومسؤولياته تجاه محرقة سوريا, وكانت بارزة لغة الفصل بين رفض التدخل العسكري الأجنبي وبين مسؤولية الحماية الدولية للشعب السوري من خلال مراقبين مدنيين وسلة قرارات للعقوبات وتحييد القمع العسكري كمدخل مهم لتحديد مسار حراك المجلس للضغط على النظام وفق تصور واضح.
هذه الخلاصة المركزية عن تشكّل المجلس فتحت الباب بصورة كبيرة لتمثيله الدولي وحصار النظام, وليس بالضرورة أن يكون التمثيل كبديل حالياً عن النظام لكنه سيأخذ مداه عربيا وتركيا ودوليا ويقطع الأعذار التي يعلنها البعض كمانع له من الدعم والتواصل لعدم وجود محور توافقي للثورة السورية في الخارج وهو ما تحقق الآن وسيأخذ مداه ليس بالضرورة الفورية المتوقعة من البعض لكن في حيوية أكبر بكثير من الوضعية السابقة.
"التكامل الجديد في صفوف الجيش الوطني السوري الحر جاء متزامنا مع استكمال الإعلان الميثاقي للمجلس الوطني ليكون بالفعل أحد المحاور الرئيسية لخطة انتصار الثورة "المحور الثاني: الجيش السوري الحرمن المهم جدا في تحديد هذا المحور كعنصر رئيسي في استشراف انتصار الثورة السورية ملاحظة الآتي:1- تواتر وتكثّف حركة الانشقاق وتحولها إلى زحف مستمر للخروج من جيش يمثل النظام ويُشرّع عبادته والسجود لرمزه ويتلذذ بقتل شعبه في الوقت الذي يعتمد فيه حماية أمن إسرائيل ومصالح إيران في حين يقابله جيش وطني ابتدأ أول خطوات تاريخه التأسيسية بتقديم جماعات من مجنديه وضباطه كشهداء لحماية المدنيين وتخليص الفتيات بعد تعرض بعضهن للاغتصاب وتأمين فك الحصار عن الأحياء والمدنيين بل وحماية بعض التظاهرات المدنية للحرية, وهي رمزية تأسيس ذات بعد مؤثر لدى الشعب السوري بعد أن واجه تشكيلات عسكرية موالية للنظام تهدم بيته وتنتهك عرضه وتقتل طفله.
2- هذه الصورة المشرقة لشخصية جندي وضابط الجيش السوري الحر ساهمت وستساهم أكثر في حركة الانضمام المستقبلية من قطاعات النظام العسكرية إلى التشكيل الذي أخذ وضعه الآن كجيش وطني سوري يجعل ميثاقه الدستوري الحفاظ على إنسان الوطن والحفاظ على حدوده في مقابل العسكري الآخر الذي أمّن حدود العدو وذبح مواطنه في الداخل.
3- وهذا الارتفاع السريع في عدد الجيش الوطني الحر والمتزايد أضحى يؤهله للقيام بالخطة رقم (2) بعد المساهمة في تأمين ما استطاع إليه سبيلا من أرواح المدنيين وممتلكاتهم, وهي تأمين تموضعه في الحدود التركية وتوزيع فيالقه للاستعداد للخطة الإستراتيجية التي تقتضي تأمين الدعم للثورة المدنية في ساعة الحسم المركزي ومقدمات انتقال السلطة إلى الخيار الشعبي الحر.
إذا هذا التكامل الجديد في صفوف الجيش الوطني السوري الحر جاء متزامنا مع استكمال الإعلان الميثاقي للمجلس الوطني ليكون بالفعل أحد المحاور الرئيسية لخطة انتصار الثورة.
المحور الثالث: الطليعة الفدائية الصلبةبات واضحاً لكل مراقب أن كل مدارات الاحتواء الضخمة للنظام والدعم الإيراني وحزبه في لبنان والموقف الروسي والصيني وبعض الأطراف الخليجية قد سقطت في كل جولاتها السابقة عبر قوة الإرادة الشعبية ذات الإيمان الروحي الصلب وحركة الفداء الاستشهادي لكل شرائح الشعب التي أضحت تغذي كل يوم بغدٍ أكبر إصراراً مما قبله, كُلما توسع النظام في جرائمه.
ولقد كان تزامن ذكرى استشهاد الطفل الفلسطيني محمد الدرة مع مذبحة الرستن السورية وتنفيذ الجهاز العسكري للنظام عملية إعدام لأكثر من 15 طفلا من أطفالها لوحة تعطي بعدين مزدوجين مهمين الأول:
أنّ حجم الإجرام الذي يبلغ هذا المدى لا يمكن أن يستقر مع شعبه والبعد الثاني أنّ هزيمة النظام بعد وحشية مجزرة الرستن وخروج درعا البلد وحماة تضامناً معها تؤكد أنّ الوضع الأسطوري الفدائي للشعب السوري أضحى إكسير حياة لا يملك أحد أن يوقفه وهو تحت الرعاية السماوية ويزحف فقط وبلا تردد أو تململ لتحقيق إسقاط النظام.

هنا تبرز دلالات عنواننا الرئيسي للمقالة وهي أن هذا المحور الشعبي الذي تحمّل وحيدا منعزلا مسؤولية زلزلة النظام أضحى له محورين مساندين ينتظر العالم ويرجّح المراقب أنّ الجانب التركي والعربي والدولي سيتعاطون مع الثورة عبره ببعد جديد بعد أن تبين لهم أنّ حركة التاريخ لن تعود ولن يؤجّل قرار الشعب السوري في إسقاط النظام وبالتالي سيتعامل المشهد مع هذا التقدم الجديد مختاراً ومضطراً.
وهنا تقفز مسؤولية تاريخية على نخب وقواعد الرأي العام العربي بأن تتحول إلى قوى ضغط على حكوماتها للاعتراف والدعم لهذه المحاور الثلاثة أو أحدها, وتركيز الجهد الشعبي العربي على تركيا لفتح كامل الحدود للدعم اللوجستي الشامل, وهو المطلب الرئيسي لهذه المرحلة وهو السؤال الذي عليهم أن يجيبوا عليه قبل سؤالهم المستمر للثوّار عن خطتهم. ما خطتكم أنتم أيها العرب رسمياً وشعبيا لدعم خطة الانتصار النهائي لإنقاذ الشام؟

علي الرغم من إسقاط الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك ومحاكمته مع نجليه وكبار مساعديه, إلا أن سوزان ثابت زوجة الرئيس المخلوع بمأمن من الملاحقة والمحاكمة رغم أنها شريكة لمبارك في كل جرائمه، باعتراف المقربين من القصر الرئاسي الذين أكدوا تدخلها في كل كبيرة وصغيرة وإصدارها أوامر مباشرة بتعيين أو عزل الوزراء والمسئولين.
وخلال اليومين الماضيين سرت عدة شائعات حول سفر سوزان – ذات الأصول البريطانية –إلي خارج البلاد, بعد رفع اسمها من قوائم الممنوعين من السفر, وردد البعض أنباء عن هروبها إلي لندن لإنقاذ ما يمكن إنقاذه هناك بعد تدهور الأوضاع المادية للعائلة، وقرب إصدار السلطات الأمريكية قرارا بالتحفظ علي أموال العائلة بالولايات المتحدة, وهو ما دفعها لمحاولة استعطاف الأجانب وإقناعهم بالتدخل لإنقاذ زوجها وولديها.كما انتشرت شائعة أخري تفيد أن سوزان ثابت تقدمت بطلب للسفر للسعودية لأداء فريضة الحج، والغريب أنه وسط كل هذه الشائعات لم يخرج أي مسئول لنفي أو تأكيد صحة ما يتم تداوله علي الساحة, مما يثير الشكوك حول صحة هذه الشائعات, خاصة أن بعض الخبراء أكدوا إمكانية رفع اسمها من قوائم الممنوعين من السفر عقب انتهاء التحقيقات مباشرة وعدم إدانتها فيها, مما يعني إمكانية خروجها خارج حدود الوطن قبل إعلان ذلك رسميا.وإذا عدنا إلي الخلف قليلا، سنجد أن الكثير من البلاغات قد قدمت ضد سوزان ثابت عقب خلع زوجها, إلا أن النائب العام لم يحرك سوي القليل منها، وعلي أي حال فإن السيدة الأولي السابقة متورطة في عدة قضايا أحال النائب العام المستشار عبد المجيد محمود البلاغات المقدمة إلي النيابة العامة للتحقيق فيها الفترة الماضية, وعلي رأسها قصة اتهامها بصفتها رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية الرعاية المتكاملة, بإهدار أموال وهبات ممنوحة من الأفراد والشخصيات الاعتبارية من داخل مصر وخارجها لصالح مشروع القراءة للجميع تقدر سنويا بـ 15 مليون جنيه، حولتها سوزان إلي صندوق خاص بجمعية الرعاية المتكاملة, وقامت بالتصرف به دون الالتزام بالقواعد واللوائح والقوانين مما يمثل إهدارا للمال العام واستيلاء عليه.وأيضا قضية استيلائها علي أموال التبرعات الخارجية والداخلية لمستشفي سرطان الأطفال، وإنشاء حسابات سرية لوضع الأموال بها والمقدمة في بلاغ حمل رقم 7582 لسنة 2011 بلاغات النائب العام, فضلا عن البلاغ رقم 9242 لسنة 2011 الذي اتهم سوزان بصفتها الرئيسة الأولي لأندية الروتاري ومنير ثابت بصفته الأمين العام لهذه الأندية، بالماسونية والتخابر لصالح إسرائيل وتلقَّي أموال عن طريق اشتراكها في أندية الروتاري.هذه ليست كل القضايا التي باشرتها النيابة, فقد فتحت نيابة استئناف القاهرة التحقيق في البلاغ الذي يحمل رقم 8525 لسنة 2011 والمقدم ضدها ويتهمها بالتزوير في أوراق رسمية فيما يخص زواجها من مبارك, بعدما قامت بشراء فيلا رقم 13 بشارع الدكتور حليم أبو سيف – قصر العروبة - بمصر الجديدة في 16 مايو 2002، وأثبتت في عقد البيع أنها ربة منزل وغير متزوجة، وأخفت اسمها الرباعي، ولم تذكر أنها قرينة رئيس الجمهورية, فضلا عن قيامها في 16 مايو 2011 بتحرير توكيل بمكتب توثيق الطور بجنوب سيناء زعمت فيه أنها تنازلت عن العقار، وأوكلت بموجبه عملية البيع إلي شركة فالي للاستثمار العقاري التابعة لإحدي الجهات السيادية.هذا بجانب اتهامها في البلاغ الذي حمل رقم 8408 هي ومحمد إبراهيم سليمان وزير الإسكان الأسبق وعادل عطية رئيس شركة المشروعات الصناعية الهندسية باستغلال مناصبهم للحصول علي المال بعدما أسندت شركة المشروعات الصناعية عدة مشروعات إلي شركة الهيثم للمقاولات وبعد إتمام الهيثم للمشروعات ساومتها الشركة لترك المشروع ليسنده إلي عادل عطية صاحب شركة هورس للمقاولات لوجود صلة بين صاحب الشركة وسوزان وأمرت وزير الإسكان بذلك فلبي فورا.كما تقدمت مؤسسة الهلالي للحريات، ببلاغ رقم 6879 لسنة 2011، ضد زوجة الرئيس المخلوع لحيازتها مقتنيات أثرية قامت بإهدائها لمكتبة الإسكندرية عام 2001، وهذه القطع عبارة عن عملتين أثريتين, في حين استمعت نيابة الأموال العامة بالإسكندرية إلي إفادات بشأن حصول سوزان علي قطعة أثرية مرصعة بالأحجار الكريمة تخص الأميرة سميحة توفيق من الأسرة المالكة السابقة أثناء افتتاحها متحف المجوهرات الملكية في الإسكندرية العام الماضي.كذلك تم تقديم عشرات البلاغات أخري إلا أن النائب العام لم يحركها لتباشر النيابة التحقيق فيها وعلي رأسها بلاغ مقدم من معتصم فتحي الضابط السابق بهيئة الرقابة الإدارية مدعما بمستندات وأوراق رسمية ومعلومات من مسئولين في الدولة، يفيد بأن سوزان ثابت استوردت تحفاً وأنتيكات بمئات الملايين من تاجر يهودي فرنسي، يدعي «زيكا»، كما اتهمها الضابط بتلقي رشاوي من وزير الإسكان الأسبق عبارة عن قطع أراضي شاسعة بالمخالفة للقانون مقابل حمايته، وعدم محاكمته علي جرائم الرشوة وإهدار للمال العام.بلاغ آخر حمل رقم 8135 لسنة 2011 تقدم به مدير عام إدارة المواقع الأثرية بوزارة الدولة لشئون الآثار نور الدين عبد الصمد اتهم فيه زوجة الرئيس المخلوع بالاستيلاء علي حصيلة عرض الآثار في الخارج والمقدرة 17 مليون دولار، كما اتهمها بإتلاف الآثار النادرة والتي تخص الدولة، وغير هذه البلاغات كثير.وعلي الرغم من مثول الهانم للتحقيق معها في الاتهامات الموجهة إليها باستغلال النفوذ والتربح وتضخم ثرواتهم، بعد أن وصلت حساباتها بالبنوك المصرية إلي 140 مليون دولار، وبموجب هذه التحقيقات وضع اسمها علي قوائم الممنوعين من السفر, إلا أنه وبعد مرور عدة أشهر لم تثبت إدانتها ولم توضح المؤشرات الأولية تورطها في هذه القضايا من عدمه, كما أن بعض الخبراء أكدوا أن التحقيقات الجنائية قد تمتد لأكثر من 6 أشهر.من جانبه أوضح الناشط الحقوقي عبدالله خليل، أن التحقيق في الجنايات ينتهي في غضون 6 أشهر, إلا إذا اقتضت الضرورة المد, مشيرا إلي أن القضايا المتعلقة بالكسب غير المشروع تعتمد علي جمع معلومات من جهات خارجية حول الحسابات والودائع وليست الداخلية فقط , مما يضطر جهات التحقيق الي مد الفترة الزمنية بعد الـ 6 أشهر.وأضاف: خلال فترة التحقيق يدرج اسم المتهم علي قوائم الممنوعين من السفر, وهناك عدة جهات لها صلاحية إصدار أوامر بالمنع من السفر مثل القضاء والنائب العام وجهاز الكسب غير المشروع والمباحث العامة وجهاز المخابرات, ولا يتم رفع الاسم من القائمة الممنوعة من السفر إلا بأمر من الجهة التي أصدرت أمر المنع، وفي قضية قرينة الرئيس السابق الأمر تم من قبل النائب العام, وحتي الآن لم يعلن النائب عن رفع اسمها من القوائم مما يعني أنها لا تزال ممنوعة من السفر خارج البلاد وما يقال حاليا عن هروبها يقع في دائرة الشائعات.وأشار إلي أن التحقيقات لا تنتهي إلا بحفظ الأوراق أو صدور بعدم وجود وجه قامة الدعوي أو بإحالة المتهم للمحكمة, مشددا علي حرص النائب العام علي علاقته بالرأي العام والمواطنين وإعلانه رسميا رفع اسم زوجة الرئيس السابق من قوائم الممنوعين من السفر لأنها قضية رأي عام.بينما قال عماد الفقي أستاذ القانون الجنائي ومستشار المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان: إن المنع من السفر يكون بناء علي اتهام موجه مثبت بدلائل جادة وكافية لمباشرة التحقيقات فيها, مشيرا إلي استثناء المتهم من المنع من السفر في حالة إصابته بمرض عضال يتطلب السفر خارج البلاد للعلاج حفاظا علي حياته.وشدد «الفقي» علي ضرورة إعلان النائب العام عن رفع اسم قرينة الرئيس السابق من قوائم الممنوعين من السفر باعتبار قضيتها تشغل الرأي العام بأكمله, فضلا عن إعلانه المبررات التي استندت إليها النيابة في ذلك, حتي لا يتشكك الرأي العام في شرعية قرار المنع وتحقيقا لمبدأ الشفافية والصدق والاطمئنان للقضاء ونزاهة الإجراءات التي تمت – علي حد قوله.وردا علي عدم تحريك النائب العام بعض البلاغات المقدمة ضد «سوزان» قال: اعتقد أن النائب العام يحرك البلاغات المدعمة بالأدلة, فبعض البلاغات المقدمة لا تستند إلي أسس صحيحة, والنيابة تحرك البلاغات الجدية حفاظا علي وقتها من الضياع خلف بلاغات غير صحيحة. اقرأ المقال الأصلي علي بوابة الوفد الاليكترونية الوفد - كادت محافظة قنا أن تنزلق في فتنة مدمرة بعدما تجمع المئات من الشباب القبطي للتظاهر والتعبير عن غضبهم من أحداث ماسبيرو مما أثار غضب بعض الشباب المسلم الذي كاد أن يدخل معهم في مواجهة لولا تدخل قس وإمام مسجد وقاما بتحويل التظاهرات الي مسيرة واحدة ورددوا هتاف "مسلم ومسيحي إيد واحدة" .
وقام إمام مسجد "ناصر" بوسط مدينة قنا بالنداء علي شباب المسلمين في الميكروفون وحذرهم من الانجراف في اي اشتباكات طائفية مشددا علي أن مصر علي شفا حفرة من النار.وذكر برنامج "صباحك عندنا" علي قناة "المحور " أن تدخل القيادات الدينية الاسلامية والمسيحية نجح في إزالة أجواء الاحتقان والغضب التي انتشرت في محافظة قنا ومنعوا تطور التظاهرات الي اشتباكات دامية.

Obama a man with no promises

I did not see Obama in the wall street occupation he did not attend. He was presenting himself to us that he is new change a change you we are waiting for, he is with the people in the streets. Same policies of Bush the Christ who was playing to us the Jesus of the new world order which is the same like the old one same rich guys who will control the world and keep it to their families. When Obama sing I do not dance and when he inspire us with speech I go to sleep. Why Obama does not truthfully have my actual count of my hits to my web because he is a jealous guy he would not like you to know the truth i am the real document he wanted to copy. He is waiting like a tiger to see where is the next revolution to tell his masters the elites his time and their's to jump in. Meanwhile he would try to win the hearts and minds of Muslims by having few A--holes Muslims joining him while the one who is moving his threads from above are the world elites. They will take care of him few books and memoir like other politicians and lectures for thousands of dollars for boring speechs. The Muslims and Arabs really do not look up to Obama and do not trust him. 4 more years to Obama will mean 4 more years of misery to Muslims. If he is a man he would let the right number of hits in my web to show up and to have my passport sent back to me. He is afraid if I would go overseas I would bring down the Saudi best American corrupted regime. Muslims will disappoint you and they will bring down the Saudi regime even before I go there.

Authenticity of the Qur’an: Another Approach

It must be stressed that the Qur’an is accurate about many, many things, but accuracy does not necessarily mean that a book is a divine revelation. In fact, accuracy is only one of the criteria for divine revelations. For instance, the telephone book is accurate, but that does not mean that it is divinely revealed. The real problem lies in that one must establish some proof of the source the Qur’an’s information. The emphasis is in the other direction, in that the burden of proof is on the reader. One cannot simply deny the Qur’an’s authenticity without sufficient proof. If, indeed, one finds a mistake, then one has the right to disqualify it. This is exactly what the Qur’an encourages.
Looking for Mistakes
Once a man came up to me after a lecture I delivered in South Africa. He was very angry about what I had said, and so he claimed, “I am going to go home tonight and find a mistake in the Qur’an.” Of course, I said, “Congratulations. That is the most intelligent thing that you have said.” Certainly, this is the approach Muslims need to take with those who doubt the Qur’an’s authenticity, because the Qur’an itself offers the same challenge. And inevitably, after accepting its challenge and discovering that it is true, these people will come to believe it because they could not disqualify it. In essence, the Qur’an earns their respect because they themselves have had to verify its authenticity.
An essential fact that cannot be reiterated enough concerning the authenticity of the Qur’an is that one’s inability to explain a phenomenon oneself does not require one’s acceptance of the phenomenon’s existence or another person’s explanation of it. Specifically, just because one cannot explain something does not mean that one has to accept someone else’s explanation. However, the person’s refusal of other explanations returns the burden of proof back on himself to find a feasible answer. This general theory applies to numerous concepts in life but fits most wonderfully with the Qur’anic challenge, for it creates a difficulty for one who says, “I do not believe it.” At the onset of refusal one immediately has an obligation to find an explanation oneself if one feels others’ answers are inadequate.
In fact, in one particular Qur’anic verse that I have always seen mistranslated into English, Allah mentions a man who heard the truth explained to him. It states that he was derelict in his duty because after he heard the information, he left without checking the verity of what he had heard. In other words, one is guilty if one hears something and does not research it and check to see whether it is true. One is supposed to process all information and decide what is garbage to be thrown out and what is worthwhile information to be kept and benefited from immediately or even at a later date.
One cannot just let it rattle around in one’s head. It must be put in the proper categories and approached from that point of view. For example, if the information is still speculative, then one must discern whether it’s closer to being true or false. But if all the facts have been presented, then one must decide absolutely between these two options. And even if one is not positive about the authenticity of the information, one is still required to process all the information and make the admission that one just does not know for sure. Although this last point appears to be futile, in actuality, it is beneficial to the arrival at a positive conclusion at a later time in that it forces the person to at least recognize, research, and review the facts.
This familiarity with the information will give the person “the edge” when future discoveries are made and additional information is presented. The important thing is that one deals with the facts and does not simply discard them out of empathy and disinterest.
Exhausting the Alternatives
The real certainty about the truthfulness of the Qur’an is evident in the confidence that is prevalent throughout it, and this confidence comes from a different approach: exhausting the alternatives.” In essence, the Qur’an states, “This book is a divine revelation; if you do not believe that, then what is it?” In other words, the reader is challenged to come up with some other explanation. Here is a book made of paper and ink. Where did it come from? It says it is a divine revelation; if it is not, then what is its source? The interesting fact is that no one has yet come up with an explanation that works. In fact, all alternatives have been exhausted. As has been well established by non-Muslims, these alternatives basically are reduced to two mutually exclusive schools of thought, insisting on one or the other.
On one hand, there exists a large group of people who have researched the Qur’an for hundreds of years and who claim, “One thing we know for sure: That man, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), thought he was a prophet. He was crazy!” They are convinced that Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was fooled somehow. Then on the other hand, there is a group that alleges, “Because of this evidence, one thing we know for sure is that that man, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), was a liar!” Ironically, these two groups never seem to get together without contradictions.
In fact, many references to Islam usually claim both theories. They start out by stating that Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was crazy and then end by saying he was a liar. They never seem to realize that he could not have been both! For example, if one is deluded and really thinks that he is a prophet, then he does not sit up late at night planning, “How will I fool the people tomorrow so that they think I am a prophet?” He truly believes that he is a prophet, and he trusts that the answer will be given to him by revelation.
The Critic’s Trail
As a matter of fact, a great deal of the Qur’an came in answer to questions. Someone would ask Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) a question, and the revelation would come with the answer to it. Certainly, if someone is crazy and believes that an angel put words in his ear, then when someone asks him a question, he thinks that the angel will give him the answer. Because he is crazy, he really thinks that. He does not tell someone to wait a short while and then run to his friends and ask them, “Does anyone know the answer?” This type of behavior is characteristic of someone who does not believe that he is a prophet. What the non-Muslims refuse to accept is that you cannot have it both ways. One can be deluded, or one can be a liar. One can be either one or neither one, but one certainly cannot be both! The emphasis is on the fact that they are unquestionably mutually exclusive personality traits.
The following scenario is a good example of the kind of circle that non-Muslims go around in constantly. If you ask one of them, “What is the origin of the Qur’an?” he tells you that it originated from the mind of a man who was crazy. Then you ask him, “If it came from his head, then where did he get the information contained in it? Certainly the Qur’an mentions many things with which the Arabs were not familiar.” So in order to explain the fact that you bring him, he changes his position and says, “Well, maybe he was not crazy. Maybe some foreigner brought him the information. So he lied and told people that he was a prophet.” At this point then you have to ask him, “If Muhammad was a liar, then where did he get his confidence? Why did he behave as though he really thought he was a prophet?” Finally backed into a corner, like a cat he quickly lashes out with the first response that comes to his mind. Forgetting that he has already exhausted that possibility, he claims, “Well, maybe he wasn’t a liar. He was probably crazy and really thought that he was a prophet.” And thus he begins the futile cycle again.

In the verses above we find out the importance of knowledge as the Quran ask us in many verses to think and ponder. The responsibility will be faced with in the day of judgement is not only thinking but also knowledge. The we will be responsible to read the Quran and know it, thus it is even greater cause against one self that he delcine to attain the knowledge. if Muslims do not have the Quran the Bible is very likely the book they should. Since the Quran narrates to us the most accurate of the Bible and what God would want us to know from the Bible reading the Bible is not a must in Islam but preferred in the end of time in the last few years before the return of Christ.

One is supposed to process all information and decide what is garbage to be thrown out and what is worthwhile information to be kept and benefited from immediately or even at a later date.
One cannot just let it rattle around in one’s head. It must be put in the proper categories and approached from that point of view. For example, if the information is still speculative, then one must discern whether it’s closer to being true or false. But if all the facts have been presented, then one must decide absolutely between these two options. And even if one is not positive about the authenticity of the information, one is still required to process all the information and make the admission that one just does not know for sure. Although this last point appears to be futile, in actuality, it is beneficial to the arrival at a positive conclusion at a later time in that it forces the person to at least recognize, research, and review the facts.
This familiarity with the information will give the person “the edge” when future discoveries are made and additional information is presented. The important thing is that one deals with the facts and does not simply discard them out of empathy and disinterest.
Exhausting the Alternatives
The real certainty about the truthfulness of the Qur’an is evident in the confidence that is prevalent throughout it, and this confidence comes from a different approach: exhausting the alternatives.” In essence, the Qur’an states, “This book is a divine revelation; if you do not believe that, then what is it?” In other words, the reader is challenged to come up with some other explanation. Here is a book made of paper and ink. Where did it come from? It says it is a divine revelation; if it is not, then what is its source? The interesting fact is that no one has yet come up with an explanation that works. In fact, all alternatives have been exhausted. As has been well established by non-Muslims, these alternatives basically are reduced to two mutually exclusive schools of thought, insisting on one or the other.
On one hand, there exists a large group of people who have researched the Qur’an for hundreds of years and who claim, “One thing we know for sure: That man, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), thought he was a prophet. He was crazy!” They are convinced that Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was fooled somehow. Then on the other hand, there is a group that alleges, “Because of this evidence, one thing we know for sure is that that man, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), was a liar!” Ironically, these two groups never seem to get together without contradictions.
In fact, many references to Islam usually claim both theories. They start out by stating that Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) was crazy and then end by saying he was a liar. They never seem to realize that he could not have been both! For example, if one is deluded and really thinks that he is a prophet, then he does not sit up late at night planning, “How will I fool the people tomorrow so that they think I am a prophet?” He truly believes that he is a prophet, and he trusts that the answer will be given to him by revelation.
The Critic’s Trail
As a matter of fact, a great deal of the Qur’an came in answer to questions. Someone would ask Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) a question, and the revelation would come with the answer to it. Certainly, if someone is crazy and believes that an angel put words in his ear, then when someone asks him a question, he thinks that the angel will give him the answer. Because he is crazy, he really thinks that. He does not tell someone to wait a short while and then run to his friends and ask them, “Does anyone know the answer?” This type of behavior is characteristic of someone who does not believe that he is a prophet. What the non-Muslims refuse to accept is that you cannot have it both ways. One can be deluded, or one can be a liar. One can be either one or neither one, but one certainly cannot be both! The emphasis is on the fact that they are unquestionably mutually exclusive personality traits.
The following scenario is a good example of the kind of circle that non-Muslims go around in constantly. If you ask one of them, “What is the origin of the Qur’an?” he tells you that it originated from the mind of a man who was crazy. Then you ask him, “If it came from his head, then where did he get the information contained in it? Certainly the Qur’an mentions many things with which the Arabs were not familiar.” So in order to explain the fact that you bring him, he changes his position and says, “Well, maybe he was not crazy. Maybe some foreigner brought him the information. So he lied and told people that he was a prophet.” At this point then you have to ask him, “If Muhammad was a liar, then where did he get his confidence? Why did he behave as though he really thought he was a prophet?” Finally backed into a corner, like a cat he quickly lashes out with the first response that comes to his mind. Forgetting that he has already exhausted that possibility, he claims, “Well, maybe he wasn’t a liar. He was probably crazy and really thought that he was a prophet.” And thus he begins the futile cycle again.

In the verses above we find out the importance of knowledge as the Quran ask us in many verses to think and ponder. The responsibility will be faced with in the day of judgement is not only thinking but also knowledge. The we will be responsible to read the Quran and know it, thus it is even greater cause against one self that he delcine to attain the knowledge. if Muslims do not have the Quran the Bible is very likely the book they should. Since the Quran narrates to us the most accurate of the Bible and what God would want us to know from the Bible reading the Bible is not a must in Islam but preferred in the end of time in the last few years before the return of Christ.

It's downright disgusting to listen to conservative and Republican lawmakers, presidential candidates, business owners and media commentators use such vitriol to describe the Occupy Wall Street protesters as hell-bent on destroying America.
How in the world can anyone even form their lips to say such a thing when this very country was founded on the basis of dissent?
Self-professed rodeo clown Glenn Beck castigates the Occupy Wall Street protesters, but he's always running off at the mouth about the Founding Fathers and how brilliant they were.
Without dissent and protest, there is no United States of America! It's as if these folks never picked up a history book to understand how this nation was formed. The very notion of a United States of America started with someone saying, writing and screaming, "Enough is enough!" And when more and more of the early settlers became enraged at the heavy-handed actions of the British, that's when we were on our path to the American Revolution.
Do any of these so-called strict constructionists even read the very U.S. Constitution they love to wave in the faces of their critics?
Every American, no matter if you're young or old; rich or poor; red state or blue state; Black, white, Asian, Hispanic, Native American; has the freedom to assemble and freedom of speech, which is at the heart of these protests.
In this same space, I praised the tea party for not sitting around and complaining. Instead, they organized and mobilized to affect the political discourse in the Republican Party and have definitely had their voices heard. I may disagree with a number of things the tea party advocates, but there is no way I would condemn them for doing it. As Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas said, "The right to revolt has sources deep in our history."
It's increasingly clear that some Americans love to talk a good game about protests, yet hate it when someone who opposes their views decides to stand up and be heard.
Remember all of those political voices championing the people of Iran taking to the streets to protest? How about Tunisia? Egypt? Libya? Bahrain? What would this world be without protest?
We would have never seen freedom in Eastern Europe were it not without the people there, in the words of civil rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer, being "sick and tired of being sick and tired." Praise God that the children of South Africa, led by the African National Congress, didn't ignore the calls of history. If so, Nelson Mandela would be dying in jail and freedom would have never ended apartheid.

This nation would not have been forced to make real the very principles cited in the Declaration of Independence, or treat every human being as an equal, were it not for the civil rights movement. Those brave men, women and children chose not to accept the status quo, and this nation and the world are much better off because they did.
As a supporter of Occupy Wall Street, I understand fully the sentiment that is being expressed. The massive corporate greed that has devastated the wages of the common worker, and seen the pay of a bunch on Wall Street go through the stratosphere for literally making nothing tangible, has been immoral and obscene.
Wall Street and their protectors in Washington -- Democrat and Republican -- say nothing is wrong with making a profit. That is absolutely true. But what is shameful and outlandish is to watch the American taxpayer save the jobs (and big bonuses) of these financial miscreants, only to see them jack up fees left and right. Without the American people they would have had to pack up their belongings and hit the pavement. Instead, they refuse to work with homeowners struggling to meet the big mortgage payments that Wall Street helped underwrite; then sell in exotic transactions that wrecked this nation's financial infrastructure.
Conservatives call this an assault on capitalism. No, Occupy Wall Street is about trying to bring some decency and honesty back to an industry that used to have some. Instead, what we have today are literal financial pirates trying to take the largest booty they can find. They don't care about the long-term health of this country. It's all about the next quarterly earnings reports and their massive year-end bonuses.
This fight that Occupy Wall Street is engaged in is nothing short of a battle for the soul of this nation. Are we going to continue to allow ourselves to be held hostage by the big banks? Will we continue to allow them to trample over us with their "too big to fail" attitude?
No, no, and hell no. It's time to bring these Goliaths to their knees by any means necessary. That mean the young and righteous Davids must protest, march, sit-in, work the halls of Congress and state capitals nationwide, and make it clear that as long as Wall Street, its lobbyists and political protectors continue to mistreat the common man and woman, they are our mortal enemy.
Now is not the time to dismiss the protesters as a bunch of lefty college students with no guidance, no substance and no mission. Instead of listening to politicians pimp the next generation, these folks are saying in the words of the founders of the nation's first black newspaper, Freedom's Journal: "We wish to plead our own cause; too long have others spoken for us."

is Al Qardawi playing I do not know

After the accusation i made against Saudi tyrant regime i did not hear anything from Qaradawi. The president of the council of Muslim scholars. This is my case against Saudi:
1- The most pro-west in the Arab world.
2- from the first grand tyrant saud they made very strong relation with America for the oil.
3- The stood with the west against most of our cases and mostly that in the dark.
4- The war of Iraq and Iran they played large role for Muslims to kill one another.
5- For the tyrants who were falling the Saudi regime was standing with them.
6- they never changed anything in the ground for the benefit of people, compare that with Sadat who made war and peace.
7- Do you really think Qaradawi they will stand with the Mahdi. In fact they blocked me from entering Saudi. Through stealing my passport through some of their Jews friends.
8- I am not for the Shia trial to extend itself in the Muslim world but they have the right to live non-oppressed though their leaders may not be concerned about Sunni Muslims from their position in Syria.
I tried to reach the masses through the Muslim council that Qaradawi control or say the gulf tyrants through him and he did not answer me. From Al Mahdi to Qardawi If you are talking against the Muslims scholars who standing with the tyrants, do not forget yourself standing with the tyrants of the Gulf. If you want to be in great position to the fair Muslims around the world tell us you changed your position. if you do not do that in 3 days I will tell you what I really think of that.

Threaten the stability of Saudi Arabia, as the Shi’a upsurges are now doing in Qatif, and al-Awamiyah in the country’s oil-rich Eastern Province and you’re brandishing a dagger over the very heart of long-term U.S. policy in the Middle East for over half a century.
In 1945 the chief of the State Department’s Division of Near Eastern Affairs, wrote in a memo that the oil resources of Saudi Arabia are a “stupendous source of strategic power and one of the greatest material prizes in world history.” The man who steered the Saudi sheikhs towards America and away from Britain, was St.John Philby, Kim’s father, and with that one great stroke Philby Sr. wrought far more devastation on the British Empire than his son ever did. The fall of America’s ally, the Shah of Iran in 1979 only magnified the strategic importance of Saudi Arabia.
These days the U.S. consumes about 19 million barrels of oil every 24 hours, about half of them imported. At 25 per cent Canada is the lead supplier. Second comes Saudi Arabia with 12 per cent. But supply of crude oil to the U.S. is only half the story. Saudi Arabia controls OPEC’s oil price and adjusts it carefully with U.S. priorities in the front of their minds.
The traffic is not one-way. In the half-century after 1945, the United States sold the Saudis about$100 billion in military goods and services. A year ago the Obama administration announced the biggest weapons deal in U.S. history – a $60 billion program with Saudi Arabia to sell it military equipment across the next 20 to 30 years.
The US trains and supplies all Saudi Arabia’s security forces. US corporations have huge investments in the Kingdom.
Say the words “Saudi Arabia” to President Obama or to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the high-minded prattle about the “Arab spring” stops abruptly. When the Saudis rushed security forces across the Causeway and into Bahrein, counselling the Khalifa dynasty to smash down hard on the Shi’a demonstrators in the homeport of the US Fifth Fleet, the public noises of reproof from Washington were mouse-like in their reticence and modesty.
Could the uprisings in Saudi Arabia spiral out of control? We’re talking here about two different challenges. The first are the long-oppressed Shi’a, making up ten per cent of the population. The second is from the younger generation — youth under 30 account for two-thirds of the Saudi population– in the Sunni majority, living in one of the most thorough-going tyrannies in the world.
In February of this year, perturbed by the trend of events in Egypt and elsewhere, the 87-year King Abdullah announced his plan to dispense about $36 billion in welfare handouts – about $2,000 for every Saudi. He correctly identified one of the Kingdom’s big problems, which is that nearly half those between 18 and 40 don’t have a job.
A few days ago Abdullah offered Saudi women a privilege – to participate in certain entirely meaningless municipal elections (if approved by their husbands.) What municipal elections can be meaningful amid resolute repression under an absolutist monarchy?
As the international rights lawyer Paul Wolf remarked on PressTV, “In Saudi Arabia, cell phones with cameras are illegal. All telephone conversations are monitored. The government controls the TV and the print media. In 2009 an election was cancelled…. So I mean it is great if they are taking action to try to include women in the political process but really, no one is included in the political process.”
The American Empire has lost Iran and Iraq. What of Saudi Arabia? Suppose, fissures continue to open up in the Kingdom itself? I doubt, at such a juncture, that we would hear too much talk from Washington about “democracy” or orderly transitions. Aside from anything else, the downfall of the Saudi regime would have terrible consequences in Washington, since hundreds of heavy-hitters there are on the Saudi payroll, starting with virtually all the ex-ambassadors, with the exception of James Akins who once told a friend of mine he was the only one who wasn’t. No way will Washington let the money flow from Riyadh to K street be endangered. Send in the 101st Airborne!
One cherished British imperial rule, handed down to the Empire that displaced it, is: When in doubt, break it up. There have been recent western advocates of break-up of Saudi Arabia, Two well-known neo-cons, Richard Perle and David Frum wrote in their 2005 book, An End to Evil: How to Win the War on Terror that the U.S.should mobilize the Shi’ites living in eastern Saudi Arabia, where most of the Saudi oil is: “Independence for the Eastern Province would obviously be a catastrophic outcome for the Saudi state. But it might be a very good outcome for the United States. Certainly it’s an outcome to ponder. Even more certainly, we would want the Saudis to know we are pondering it.”
Perle was once head of the Defense Policy Board, advising the Defense Department. As Robert Dreyfus reports in Devil’s Game, In 2002, a Defense Policy Board briefing argued that the US should work to split Saudi Arabia apart so the US could effectively control its oil. Other neoconservatives like Michael Ledeen expressed similar views. In early 2003, Akins, former US ambassador to Saudi Arabia, mentioned the possibility that Osama bin Laden could take over Saudi Arabia if the US invaded Iraq. “I’m now convinced that that’s exactly what [the neoconservatives] want to happen. And then we take it over.”
I guess the current model is the Kurdish sector of Iraq.

Threaten the stability of Saudi Arabia, as the Shi’a upsurges are now doing in Qatif, and al-Awamiyah in the country’s oil-rich Eastern Province and you’re brandishing a dagger over the very heart of long-term U.S. policy in the Middle East for over half a century.
In 1945 the chief of the State Department’s Division of Near Eastern Affairs, wrote in a memo that the oil resources of Saudi Arabia are a “stupendous source of strategic power and one of the greatest material prizes in world history.” The man who steered the Saudi sheikhs towards America and away from Britain, was St.John Philby, Kim’s father, and with that one great stroke Philby Sr. wrought far more devastation on the British Empire than his son ever did. The fall of America’s ally, the Shah of Iran in 1979 only magnified the strategic importance of Saudi Arabia.
These days the U.S. consumes about 19 million barrels of oil every 24 hours, about half of them imported. At 25 per cent Canada is the lead supplier. Second comes Saudi Arabia with 12 per cent. But supply of crude oil to the U.S. is only half the story. Saudi Arabia controls OPEC’s oil price and adjusts it carefully with U.S. priorities in the front of their minds.
The traffic is not one-way. In the half-century after 1945, the United States sold the Saudis about$100 billion in military goods and services. A year ago the Obama administration announced the biggest weapons deal in U.S. history – a $60 billion program with Saudi Arabia to sell it military equipment across the next 20 to 30 years.
The US trains and supplies all Saudi Arabia’s security forces. US corporations have huge investments in the Kingdom.
Say the words “Saudi Arabia” to President Obama or to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the high-minded prattle about the “Arab spring” stops abruptly. When the Saudis rushed security forces across the Causeway and into Bahrein, counselling the Khalifa dynasty to smash down hard on the Shi’a demonstrators in the homeport of the US Fifth Fleet, the public noises of reproof from Washington were mouse-like in their reticence and modesty.
Could the uprisings in Saudi Arabia spiral out of control? We’re talking here about two different challenges. The first are the long-oppressed Shi’a, making up ten per cent of the population. The second is from the younger generation — youth under 30 account for two-thirds of the Saudi population– in the Sunni majority, living in one of the most thorough-going tyrannies in the world.
In February of this year, perturbed by the trend of events in Egypt and elsewhere, the 87-year King Abdullah announced his plan to dispense about $36 billion in welfare handouts – about $2,000 for every Saudi. He correctly identified one of the Kingdom’s big problems, which is that nearly half those between 18 and 40 don’t have a job.
A few days ago Abdullah offered Saudi women a privilege – to participate in certain entirely meaningless municipal elections (if approved by their husbands.) What municipal elections can be meaningful amid resolute repression under an absolutist monarchy?
As the international rights lawyer Paul Wolf remarked on PressTV, “In Saudi Arabia, cell phones with cameras are illegal. All telephone conversations are monitored. The government controls the TV and the print media. In 2009 an election was cancelled…. So I mean it is great if they are taking action to try to include women in the political process but really, no one is included in the political process.”
The American Empire has lost Iran and Iraq. What of Saudi Arabia? Suppose, fissures continue to open up in the Kingdom itself? I doubt, at such a juncture, that we would hear too much talk from Washington about “democracy” or orderly transitions. Aside from anything else, the downfall of the Saudi regime would have terrible consequences in Washington, since hundreds of heavy-hitters there are on the Saudi payroll, starting with virtually all the ex-ambassadors, with the exception of James Akins who once told a friend of mine he was the only one who wasn’t. No way will Washington let the money flow from Riyadh to K street be endangered. Send in the 101st Airborne!
One cherished British imperial rule, handed down to the Empire that displaced it, is: When in doubt, break it up. There have been recent western advocates of break-up of Saudi Arabia, Two well-known neo-cons, Richard Perle and David Frum wrote in their 2005 book, An End to Evil: How to Win the War on Terror that the U.S.should mobilize the Shi’ites living in eastern Saudi Arabia, where most of the Saudi oil is: “Independence for the Eastern Province would obviously be a catastrophic outcome for the Saudi state. But it might be a very good outcome for the United States. Certainly it’s an outcome to ponder. Even more certainly, we would want the Saudis to know we are pondering it.”
Perle was once head of the Defense Policy Board, advising the Defense Department. As Robert Dreyfus reports in Devil’s Game, In 2002, a Defense Policy Board briefing argued that the US should work to split Saudi Arabia apart so the US could effectively control its oil. Other neoconservatives like Michael Ledeen expressed similar views. In early 2003, Akins, former US ambassador to Saudi Arabia, mentioned the possibility that Osama bin Laden could take over Saudi Arabia if the US invaded Iraq. “I’m now convinced that that’s exactly what [the neoconservatives] want to happen. And then we take it over.”
I guess the current model is the Kurdish sector of Iraq.

ندد العلامة الدكتور يوسف القرضاوي رئيس الاتحاد العالمي لعلماء المسلمين بممارسات النظام السوري ضد شعبه، وقال إنه لا يمكن لأسرة واحدة مهما كانت أن تتحكم في مقدرات الشعب، وتساءل: من هي أسرة الأسد التي تحكم سوريا لمدة خمسة عقود؟ وبأي منطق تحكم شعبا طوال هذه المدة وترثه جيلا بعد جيل؟!!
وأكد أن العصور القديمة التي ضربت فيها سوريا وقتل فيها عشرات الآلاف قد انتهت إلا أن هذا لن يحدث في عصر الإنترنت، فقد انتفضت الشعوب اليوم ونحن مع الشعوب .
وقال فضيلته في كلمة ألقاها أمس بالندوة التي نظمها مركز بروكينغز الدوحة بمشاركة صدر الدين البيانوني المراقب العام للإخوان المسلمين السابق في سوريا وحضور عدد من السفراء، إن الشعب السوري غيب قسرا فترات من الزمن وأجبر على ترك الحياة ولكن آن له أن يقود السفينة، لافتا إلى أن المنطق الطبيعي أن يقود الشعب نفسه ولا تقوده أسرة ولا جماعة واحدة.
وجدد التأكيد على أن الجميع مع الشعب السوري، وحث السوريين في دمشق وحلب على الانضمام إلى ركب الثورة، وقال إن سكونهم عار "وعيب عليهم من أجل مصالح تجارية أو اتفاقات ثنائية"، وشدد على أنه آن الأوان أن ترمى الاتفاقيات وتطرح أرضا .
اتركوا الخوف
ودعا القرضاوي "العلماء المتخاذلين والمتخوفين" إلى أن يتركوا التخوفات فقد انتهى عهدها، وقال إن العلماء يجب أن يكونوا مع الشعب لا أن يحاول هؤلاء العلماء أن يأتوا بنصوص من هنا وهناك حتى يسندوا الحكام الظلمة ولكنهم لن يستطيعوا .
وأكد - وفق صحيفة الشرق - أن ثورات الأشخاص قد انتهت وما عاد أشخاص يحكمون هذه البلاد العظيمة مثل مصر وليبيا وتونس، التي ورثت تاريخا عظيما .
وأضاف: ليس هناك رسول بعد سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، والشعوب هي الموكلة للقيادة، وأن تسير نحو النهاية السعيدة، وأن تحكم نفسها بنفسها، ولا نريد وصاية من أحد، ولا نريد من أحد أن يكون خليفة علينا ويحكم باسمنا ويتحدث باسمنا فنحن ولاة أنفسنا؛ لأنه آن للشعوب العربية أن تقود المسيرة .
نأمل الخير
وقال رئيس الاتحاد العالمي لعلماء المسلمين إن الأمة العربية والإسلامية تأمل خيرا بهذه الثورات التي من الله بها عليها، وإنه ما كان أحد يظن أن تحدث مثل هذه الثورات.
ولفت إلى أن هذه الثورات العربية شاءها الله عز وجل ولها أسبابها الحقيقية والمتمثلة في أن الشعوب قد حيت بعد أن ماتت، واستيقظت بعد سبات، واجتمعت بعد شتات فطالبت بحقوقها، مشيرا إلى أن هذه الثورات حقيقية وليست مفتعلة، ولا يستطيع أحد من الناس أن يحركها .
وأكد القرضاوي أنه ما دامت هذه الثورات قامت بها الشعوب من نفسها فإنها منتصرة لا محالة، وأن هذا ما يعتقده ويؤمن به، وقال إن الثورة اليمنية والثورة السورية ستنتصران لا محالة، مشيرا إلى الانتصار الذي حققته الثورة الليبية كما انتصرت الثورة التونسية .
ودعا الجميع أن يكونوا مع الشعوب، مؤكدا أن هذه الشعوب العربية صائرة إلى خير كثير إذا سارت وراء الفطرة السليمة والمنطق السليم والقواعد المنطقية والشرعية .
وحيا العلامة القرضاوي السيد البيانوني المراقب العام السابق للإخوان المسلمين في سوريا لحضوره الى قطر، التي قال إنها البلد الحر الذي تبنى هذه الثورات كلها وأيدها وسار وراءها واتهمت قطر بما اتهمت به، ولفت إلى أن قطر بأميرها وولي عهدها وحكومتها وشعبها قامت مع الثورات. وأضاف: إننا مع توجه قطر ومع هذه الثورات .
حماية الشعب
من جانبه دعا البيانوني المجتمع الدولي والعربي والاسلامي أن يوجد آليات مدنية سلمية لحماية الشعب السوري، كما دعاه إلى تحمل المسؤوليات التاريخية لإخراج هذا الشعب من محنته ومما يتعرض له من عمليات قتل وتشريد وتعذيب منذ أكثر من ستة شهور.
وقال إن الشعب السوري بثورته الوطنية السلمية الشاملة، مصمم على متابعة طريقه نحو استرداد حريته وكرامته، مهما بلغت التضحيات، لكن لا يجوز أن يُترَك وحيدا يواجه آلة القمع الوحشية، التي تنتهك كلّ القيم الإنسانية.

Before the revolutions against the Arab tyrants Qaradawi did not talk about it until me and many brave people ignited the revolutions and then he came in picture which I have not problem with. Then he wants to hijack the revolutions to the gulf countries his friends in Saudi and Qatar the rich oil countries. Qaradawi who is the president of this Islam council did not allow me to talk to them and did not answer my e-mails since they really do not want Mahdi. Qaradawi would stand the rich princess who own him like a lot of other scholars. He reminds me of George Bush call for democracy except Saudi is a great tyranny. No Execution to convert away from islam
Pastor's possible execution reveals nuances of Islamic law

(CNN) – The possible hanging of Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani for converting from Islam to Christianity has exposed a division among Islamic jurists on whether Iran would be violating Islamic law by carrying out the execution.
According to some of these scholars, the Quran not only outlaws the death penalty for the charge of apostasy, but under Sharia law, conversion from Islam is not a punishable offense at all.
"Instead, it says on a number of occasions that God prefers and even demands that people believe in Him, but that He will handle rejection of such belief by punishing them in the afterworld," wrote Intisar Rabb, an assistant professor of law at Boston College and a faculty affiliate in research at Harvard Law School, in an e-mail to CNN.
But Rabb also acknowledges that there is a more nuanced view to Islamic law, too.
Clark Lombardi, an associate professor of law at the University of Washington, said there is more room for interpretation because the Quran is not the only source of Islamic law.
"Most Muslims look past the Quran and say the Quran needs to be looked at in the practice of the Prophet. So they look to see what rules the prophet laid down," Lombardi said.
And, according to Lombardi, if you look at literature about the life of Mohammed, "then apostasy is clearly something very bad. And there are examples of apostates being punished."
What emerges from this is a complicated division between whether apostasy is punishable in the first place and, if it is punishable, for what reason.
"Most Muslims, most but not all, believe that apostasy is a deep and terrible sin," Lombardi said. "The question of whether the state should punish deep and terrible sins is in fact something that Muslims do disagree about."
Nadarkhani, the leader of a network of Christian house churches in Iran, was first convicted of apostasy in November 2010, a charge he subsequently appealed. Though news reports from Iran have indicated the pastor is now charged with "security related crimes" and is no longer charged with apostasy, briefs obtained by CNN from the 2010 Supreme Court case show the pastor's original charge was solely apostasy.
"He (Nadarkhani) has stated that he is a Christian and no longer Muslim," states the Supreme Court brief. "During many sessions in court with the presence of his attorney and a judge, he has been sentenced to execution by hanging according to article 8 of Tahrir - olvasileh."
Harris Zafar, national spokesperson of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA, does not mince words on the subject, stating in a Huffington Post opinion piece that "Islam prescribes absolutely no punishment for apostasy."
"Chapter two of the Holy Quran emphatically denies this possibility, stating 'there shall be no compulsion in religion," writes Zafar. "This is an unambiguous declaration protecting freedom of conscience and choice."
Mohammad Fadel, associate professor of law at University of Toronto, said that there is a difference, though, between just being a nonbeliever and being someone who is actively preaching a religion other than Islam. Fadel said Nadarkhani's preaching "may be viewed as a kind of treasonous comment."
"Even for people who reject Islam religiously, many still identify them with the religion culturally, even if they aren't religious," Fadel said.
According to Rabb, the idea for punishing apostasy stems from medieval times, when your religious affiliation was the basis for your citizenship. Renouncing your faith was also announcing your intent to no longer regard yourself a citizen of that community - in effect, treason.
But as time went on, your religious affiliation is no longer closely tied to your citizenship. "Now, we have an era of territory-based citizenship," Rabb wrote.
"The problem in the modern period is that contemporary states apply medieval rules in unreflective ways that do not often match the classical Islamic legal tradition to which they are trying to adhere," wrote Rabb.
But Lombardi points out that Iran is formally known as the Islamic Republic of Iran and "being Muslim is part of full citizenship in Iran." Though he couldn't speak for the Iranian justice system, he said there are two grounds for which Iran could give to put Nadarkhani to death for apostasy.
"One of them would be to say traditionally in Shiite Islam, people have interpreted the scripture for apostates to be put to death," Lombardi said. "The other one is that people who apostatize have committed a sin and they are real threat to the Muslim community and as a threat, they are punishable as someone who is a traitor to the country."
The website islawmix, a project through the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University, was created to be an authoritarian voice on the nuances in Islamic law.Made up of 13 scholars and founded by Rabb, along with Umbreen Bhatti and Kaizar Campwala, the website looks to connect "news readers, media producers, and legal scholars with credible, authoritative information about trends in Islamic law."
Bhatti, a practicing civil rights lawyer, said the nuances of Islamic law are not unique; the same sort of nuanced opinions are regularly found in American law.
"The reality is the 13 scholars on our sites could give you a variety of different responses," Bhatti said. Islamic law has a "rich legal tradition and it is important for us to not convey something definitive or to suggest there is one answer."
The overriding opinion of each scholar was simple - the complication of Islamic law makes it somewhat difficult to predict what Iran will do.
Lombardi recalled a story in Afghanistan, where a man's neighbors hauled him to court for leaving Islam.
"The judge takes a look and says this person is an apostate and therefore the crime should be putting them to death," Lombardi said. "But then the judge said, Islam is such great religion, you could have to be crazy to have to convert from Islam. And therefore, I think this person should get off on ground of insanity."
Moral of the story, according to Lombardi: "There are all sorts of grounds for pardoning someone."

God is too glorious to have people become Muslims in fear to have to do that or leave it in fear they will be killed. He reason with us in all the Quran and you have the right to be Muslims or not and to chose your destiny in this world and the world after. Russia will have great appreciation in the Arab and Muslim world if to let the tyrant of Syria go

Russia has great role in the Arab/Muslim world and to do that it has to make good with them in Syria. It is clear that the Syrian tyrant was ruthless in killing his people. Russia gave him time early and significant time to see if he change his path and he did not. As seen in the Arab tyrants who fell that this tyrant will also fall. The longer he stays the more he is to kill more people. A way out for this time is to get asylum in Russia or any country wants to have him. We are letting him go to save our people more killing and not because we are forgiving him, we have to do it. Russia has to look after its interests. As happen with America the more they stood with the tyrants the more they lost of the Arabs/Muslims hearts and minds. Russia should not forget the good old days when its stand up to America was causing balance in the world. America was not the evil force but there is no black and white. A balanced world is better for all of us. One moral super power is OK for most of us. However we found out it is not true and tyranny is defined as the tyrant who do not stand with you. Nothing more interesting than seeing Bush and king of Saudi in photos, two connected friends one rolled the oil of Saudi and the other is an oil guy made good part of his fortune from the Saudi tyrant. It is business as usual. We are looking for Russia not for any confrontation but to make balance with China so the little fish can live besides the big sharks.

Confronting the Malefactors

Published: October 6, 2011 When the Occupy Wall Street protests began three weeks ago, most news organizations were derisive if they deigned to mention the events at all. For example, nine days into the protests, National Public Radio had provided no coverage whatsoever.
It is, therefore, a testament to the passion of those involved that the protests not only continued but grew, eventually becoming too big to ignore. With unions and a growing number of Democrats now expressing at least qualified support for the protesters, Occupy Wall Street is starting to look like an important event that might even eventually be seen as a turning point.
What can we say about the protests? First things first: The protesters’ indictment of Wall Street as a destructive force, economically and politically, is completely right.
A weary cynicism, a belief that justice will never get served, has taken over much of our political debate — and, yes, I myself have sometimes succumbed. In the process, it has been easy to forget just how outrageous the story of our economic woes really is. So, in case you’ve forgotten, it was a play in three acts.
In the first act, bankers took advantage of deregulation to run wild (and pay themselves princely sums), inflating huge bubbles through reckless lending. In the second act, the bubbles burst — but bankers were bailed out by taxpayers, with remarkably few strings attached, even as ordinary workers continued to suffer the consequences of the bankers’ sins. When talking heads on, say, CNBC mock the protesters as unserious, remember how many serious people assured us that there was no housing bubble, that Alan Greenspan was an oracle and that budget deficits would send interest rates soaring.
A better critique of the protests is the absence of specific policy demands. It would probably be helpful if protesters could agree on at least a few main policy changes they would like to see enacted. But we shouldn’t make too much of the lack of specifics. It’s clear what kinds of things the Occupy Wall Street demonstrators want, and it’s really the job of policy intellectuals and politicians to fill in the details.
Rich Yeselson, a veteran organizer and historian of social movements, has suggested that debt relief for working Americans become a central plank of the protests. I’ll second that, because such relief, in addition to serving economic justice, could do a lot to help the economy recover. I’d suggest that protesters also demand infrastructure investment — not more tax cuts — to help create jobs. Published: October 6, 2011 When the Occupy Wall Street protests began three weeks ago, most news organizations were derisive if they deigned to mention the events at all. For example, nine days into the protests, National Public Radio had provided no coverage whatsoever.
It is, therefore, a testament to the passion of those involved that the protests not only continued but grew, eventually becoming too big to ignore. With unions and a growing number of Democrats now expressing at least qualified support for the protesters, Occupy Wall Street is starting to look like an important event that might even eventually be seen as a turning point.
What can we say about the protests? First things first: The protesters’ indictment of Wall Street as a destructive force, economically and politically, is completely right.
A weary cynicism, a belief that justice will never get served, has taken over much of our political debate — and, yes, I myself have sometimes succumbed. In the process, it has been easy to forget just how outrageous the story of our economic woes really is. So, in case you’ve forgotten, it was a play in three acts.
In the first act, bankers took advantage of deregulation to run wild (and pay themselves princely sums), inflating huge bubbles through reckless lending. In the second act, the bubbles burst — but bankers were bailed out by taxpayers, with remarkably few strings attached, even as ordinary workers continued to suffer the consequences of the bankers’ sins. And, in the third act, bankers showed their gratitude by turning on the people who had saved them, throwing their support — and the wealth they still possessed thanks to the bailouts — behind politicians who promised to keep their taxes low and dismantle the mild regulations erected in the aftermath of the crisis.

في كل مصيبة تحل بأمتنا العربية والإسلامية بأسباب فساد الحاكم واستبداده وجبروته وطغيانه وعدم إشراك الأمة في أي قرار بالحرب أو بالسلم أو التفاوض مع الأعداء يظهر علينا علماء الحاكم بفتاوى ما أنزل الله بها من سلطان مستندين على أحاديث تحتاج إلى تدقيق ومراجعة فقهية. يقول العالم المجرب الشيخ القرضاوي: "إن الفقه الرجعي الذي يسير في ركاب الحكام وإن ظلموا أو جاروا ينبغي أن يختفي أمام الفقه الثوري الذي يعمل على تقوية الشعوب وينقي الحكم من مطامعه ومساوئه " جاء هذا القول في رد العالم الشيخ القرضاوي على فئة من " جمعية علماء اليمن " الذين أفتوا قبل أيام بتحريم خروج الشعب على علي عبدالله صالح بالقول أو الفعل. ويؤكد القرضاوي أن استدلال بعض الفقهاء بقوله تعالى " يا أيها الذين آمنوا أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا الرسول وأولي الأمر منكم " في غير محله مؤكدا أن طاعة ولي الأمر تجب إذا ما تحققت بطاعة الله ورسوله وقيامه بتنفيذ شرعه وما تم الاتفاق عليه بينه وبين الشعب " وأضيف وما أجمعت عليه الأغلبية من الشعب، وفي حالة اليمن فإن غالبية الشعب اليمني لم يعد يصدق أو يقبل بعبد الله صالح حاكما بعد كل ما صنع به على مدى 33 عاما من الشقاء والفتن والحروب وغير ذلك .

والسؤال إلى كل فقهاء الأمة، هل ما يقوم به نظام عبدالله صالح وحاشيته ضد الشعب اليمني يعتبر من أعمال الجهاد في سبيل الله طبقا لفتوى فقهاء السلطة السياسية في اليمن. اتقوا الله فينا يا معشر فقهاء السلطة، ابتغوا الله بعملكم لا رضا الحاكم عليكم، وإلا ستكونون مذمومين في الدنيا والآخرة .

In most tyrant countries tyranny is a simple role to protect the corrupt and connected you need to have tyranny. Democracy means that the tyrants and their corrupt elites will be likely losing elections and even get persecuted. The revolutions in the Arab world were kept in the box for long times, thanks to America, since it was not of the best interest of the American elites. Then when the revolutions get in actions thanks to the brave Arabs the American elites show up.
America is not a tyranny but a semi-democracy, yes you can criticize and yell but sorry guys the election of the politicians and the media will be under the control of the elites. Now the 99% are questioning the 1% to have the right back to run things after the elite gave every thing to corporate America. Both Obama and the republic will use the revolution or uprise against wall street to fault the other side. The fact is both gave in to wall street.
Revolution particularly come when enough people feel that is no way out but revolution. Every year every thing get worse and in a democracy like America people have the right to have the politicians stand one side and the media the other side and the people watch both. The people wants to see the politicians work it out together for the best of their people. They want to see the media in the other side not fighting each other but seeing how the politicians work it out and find if there is corruption or mismanagement to put a magnifying glass over it.
Thus the forces that drive revolution: 1-oppression or here in America dysfunctional democracy controlled by greed and corporations, 2-a lot of people with no hope or disappearing hope and 3-no alternative but revolution. Thus this trio is the same like in Tahrir and other Arab revolutions places is working in the real and every day life. All religions have tried in one way or another to explain the meaning and mystery of life. And they have all declared that there is a Creator-Sustainer for the universe. This Source of all being is recognized as the One True God and He is called with different names such as – Yahweh, Brahma and Allah. But they all signify the same Supreme Being who willed this universe into being and sustains it every moment.
Islam means: Submission; and as the name of the religion, it stands for: "Unconditional submission to the One and Only Creator-Sustainer". All beings in the universe owe their existence to the Creator-Sustainer, who alone is without beginning, without end.
And among the created living beings, only man is endowed with reason and freewill – two special traits that together form the basis of human creativity. Man's unique position in the universe as well as his inherent creative potential was meant to take him to the peak of material progress, and to benefit humanity as a whole.
But those very same qualities have also a tendency to generate in him a diabolic sense of self-conceit and hubris: And so man needs Divine guidance for his own good and real success.
From the very inception of man on earth, God had been sending to mankind His chosen prophets, who included among others, Abraham, Noah, Moses, Jesus and the Final Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of God be upon them all.
And there never was a nation to whom a prophet was not sent. These prophets, with the help of Divine revelation taught humanity, ways of tempering their passions to lead on earth a life of virtue and peace seeking the general welfare of all.
Generation after generation, as humanity made progress through centuries, the guidance of God had been available to them in the teachings of the prophets as well as in the Divine books revealed to them.
But as mankind came of age at the dawn of modern civilization as it were, a Prophet came, through whom God completed and perfected His Guidance. His name is Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) and the book of God revealed to him, is the Quran.
In the Quran, Allah Almighty tells us how He took the covenant of all the human souls who would come to live on earth generation after generation:
*{ When thy Lord drew forth from the Children of Adam - from their loins - their descendants, and made them testify concerning themselves, (saying): "Am I not your Lord (who cherishes and sustains you)?"- They said: "Yea! We do testify!" (This), lest ye should say on the Day of Judgment: "Of this we were never mindful }* (Al-A`raf 7:172)
This means that Allah made all the souls before their birth on earth to testify that He is their Lord. In other words, every child is born with a natural belief in Allah and an inborn inclination to worship Him alone. The foregoing also means that there is a Day of Judgment when each soul will be held responsible and answerable for their willful actions.
But later as each soul is born into this world and lives here, they are in a state of forgetfulness and are unaware of the covenant made in primordial time before God. Besides, they come under various influences that prompt them to ignore their innate and natural yearnings towards God.
But there are signs in all regions of the earth and in their own souls, which awaken from time to time the glimmerings of the truth of God. And they may hear from the four corners of earth the echo of their own testimony before God: "I bear witness that there is no god other than Allah".
And so, if the people are honest with themselves, they will reject their false gods and hasten towards Allah.
Islam as a religion is not only natural, but also rational, in the sense that it bases its fundamental beliefs on principles furnished by reason. In fact the elemental simplicity of its creeds points to its natural and rational basis. It is no wonder therefore, that its creeds devoid of any theological complexity and are so easily understandable to ordinary humans.
One can mention the egalitarianism of Islam as a great service to the cause of humanity. As H.A.R Gibb has noted: "No other society has such a record of success in uniting in an equality of status, of opportunity, and of endeavors so many and so various races of mankind... Islam has still the power to reconcile apparently irreconcilable elements of race and tradition. If ever the opposition of the great societies of East and West is to be replaced by cooperation, the mediation of Islam is an indispensable condition. In its hands lies very largely the solution of the problem with which Europe is faced in its relation with East. If they unite, the hope of a peaceful issue is immeasurably enhanced. But if Europe, by rejecting the cooperation of Islam, throws it into the arms of its rivals, the issue can only be disastrous for both." (H.A.R. Gibb: "Whither Islam" London, 1932, p.379.)
"History shows that the Muslims increased in civilization and progressed in relation to the strength of the truths of Islam; that is, to the degree that they acted in accordance with that strength. And history also shows that they fell into savagery and decline, and disaster and defeat amidst utter confusion to the degree of their weakness in adhering to the truths of Islam." (Nursi)
Allah in the Quran commands Muslims to learn lessons from history, so that old mistakes are not repeated and new ways of solving problems are discovered while making headway in different areas of life. Deriving inspiration from the Quran, Muslims ought to not only undertake the quest for knowledge with the intention of discovering the meaning of existence, but also to work for the welfare of all human beings, indeed of all creation: In fact the Holy Quran, as well as the Example of the Prophet, teaches them to combine faith in God with love for His creation.
The foregoing means that Islam can lead the world to peace, progress and happiness in the future, IF only Muslims once again "hold fast to the Rope of Allah all together" (Aal `Imran 3:103) and "strive with their might and main" (At-Tawbah 9:20) in the Way of Allah Almighty.

In the following paragraphs, I present in a nutshell a few aspects of Islam, based on the Quran and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of God be upon him. I hope and pray that this will convince you of the truth of Islam:
All religions have tried in one way or another to explain the meaning and mystery of life. And they have all declared that there is a Creator-Sustainer for the universe. This Source of all being is recognized as the One True God and He is called with different names such as – Yahweh, Brahma and Allah. But they all signify the same Supreme Being who willed this universe into being and sustains it every moment.
Islam means: Submission; and as the name of the religion, it stands for: "Unconditional submission to the One and Only Creator-Sustainer". All beings in the universe owe their existence to the Creator-Sustainer, who alone is without beginning, without end.
And among the created living beings, only man is endowed with reason and freewill – two special traits that together form the basis of human creativity. Man's unique position in the universe as well as his inherent creative potential was meant to take him to the peak of material progress, and to benefit humanity as a whole.
But those very same qualities have also a tendency to generate in him a diabolic sense of self-conceit and hubris: And so man needs Divine guidance for his own good and real success.
From the very inception of man on earth, God had been sending to mankind His chosen prophets, who included among others, Abraham, Noah, Moses, Jesus and the Final Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of God be upon them all.
And there never was a nation to whom a prophet was not sent. These prophets, with the help of Divine revelation taught humanity, ways of tempering their passions to lead on earth a life of virtue and peace seeking the general welfare of all.
Generation after generation, as humanity made progress through centuries, the guidance of God had been available to them in the teachings of the prophets as well as in the Divine books revealed to them.
But as mankind came of age at the dawn of modern civilization as it were, a Prophet came, through whom God completed and perfected His Guidance. His name is Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) and the book of God revealed to him, is the Quran.
In the Quran, Allah Almighty tells us how He took the covenant of all the human souls who would come to live on earth generation after generation:
*{ When thy Lord drew forth from the Children of Adam - from their loins - their descendants, and made them testify concerning themselves, (saying): "Am I not your Lord (who cherishes and sustains you)?"- They said: "Yea! We do testify!" (This), lest ye should say on the Day of Judgment: "Of this we were never mindful }* (Al-A`raf 7:172)
This means that Allah made all the souls before their birth on earth to testify that He is their Lord. In other words, every child is born with a natural belief in Allah and an inborn inclination to worship Him alone. The foregoing also means that there is a Day of Judgment when each soul will be held responsible and answerable for their willful actions.

جانب من احتجاج أمس الأربعاء في وول ستريت (الفرنسية)
يستعد آلاف المتظاهرين اليوم لاحتلال ساحة فريدم بلازا وسط العاصمة الأميركية واشنطن -على غرار ميدان التحرير بمصر- للمطالبة بحقوق تتعلق بمجالات حياتية مختلفة، بينما تتواصل المظاهرات ضد عالم المال والأعمال في وول ستريت بنيويورك وأيضا في مدن أخرى.
وقال أحد منظمي احتجاج فريدم بلازا إن المشاركين يخططون للاعتصام حتى الاستجابة لمطالبهم المشروعة فيما يتعلق بوقف الحروب والضمان الصحي والعدالة الاجتماعية والضرائب والمطالب البيئية والعمالية والمدرسية وحقوق المهاجرين.
وذكرت مصادر إعلامية نقلا عن منظمي هذا التحرك أنه تم اختيار موعدها يوم 6 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول الجاري تزامنا مع مرور عشر سنوات على بداية الحرب في أفغانستان.
وقالت إن السبب الرئيسي وراء هذه المظاهرة هو ارتفاع نسبة الضرائب المفروضة على الأميركيين والحروب الفاشلة التي تتورط فيها الولايات المتحدة.

وتأتي الدعوة لهذا الاعتصام مع استمرار الاحتجاجات في شارع وول ستريت المالي المندلعة منذ أكثر من 15 يوما في إطار حركة "لنحتل وول ستريت"، حيث تظاهر أمس آلاف الأشخاص وسط دعم سياسي ونقابي.
وهتف المتظاهرون "لنضع حدا للحروب" و"افرضوا ضرائب على الأغنياء"، وساروا في أكبر مظاهرة لهم ضد عالم المال والأعمال منذ انطلاق تحركهم الاحتجاجي يوم 17 سبتمبر/أيلول الماضي.
وبحسب منظمات نقابية، شارك ما بين 8 و12 ألف شخص في المظاهرة، وهو رقم ضخم قياسا لكونها نظمت في يوم عمل وسط الأسبوع.
وفي المظاهرات السابقة التي نظمتها "لنحتل وول ستريت" لم يتجاوز عدد المشاركين 2500 شخص، ولكن هذه الحركة لاقت دعما كبيرا السبت عندما اعتقلت الشرطة نحو 700 متظاهر لقطعهم حركة السير فوق جسر بروكلين.
وسجلت تحركات احتجاجية مماثلة في مدن أميركية كبيرة أخرى من بوسطن إلى لوس أنجلوس مرورا بشيكاغو.
ورفع المتظاهرون لافتات كتب عليها "لنضع حدا للبنك المركزي" و"عندما يسرق الأغنياء الفقراء يسمون ذلك أعمالا، وعندما يدافع الفقراء عن أنفسهم يسمون ذلك عنفا"، ولافتات أخرى تقول "فلنقض على جشع وول ستريت قبل أن تقضي على العالم".
وحصل المتظاهرون الأربعاء على دعم منظمات نقابية عدة ومجموعات محلية ونواب ديمقراطيين.
وتعتصم هذه الحركة في شارع وول ستريت -العصب المالي للبلاد- ويحتج أعضاؤها على الأوضاع الاقتصادية بالولايات المتحدة. ويحمل المحتجون شركات وول ستريت المسؤولية عن صعوبات الاقتصاد الأميركي ويتهمونها بالجشع.

سُئل الحاكم.. الرئيس.. السلطان.. الخليفة الراشد عمر بن عبد العزيز -رضي الله عنه- "ما كان بدء إنابتك؟ فقال: أردت ضرب غلام لي، فقال: اذكر ليلة صبيحتها يوم القيامة".لا يقبل موعظة ضعيف إلا طاهر النفس، خالص السريرة من الكبر والعجب بالنفس؛ وعمر بن عبد العزيز كان من أشراف الناس وأمرائهم، فهو من بيت الخلافة، فعمه عبد الملك بن مروان، غير أن بذور السماحة ملأت نفسه، كلما ارتفع منزلة، علا تواضعًا ولينًا.كان خيِّرًا وبرًّا قبل الإمارة وبعدها، قال أنس بن مالك: "ما صليت وراء إمام أشبه بصلاة رسول الله من هذا الفتى".كتب الله أن يكون خليفة الأمة، جاءته وهو لها كارهٍ، فخلع نفسه، فتنادى الناس به، فثبت عليها، واستعان بالله على ما يراه مصيبة وقعت عليه.أجمع العلماء على أنه من أئمة العدل، وأحد الخلفاء الراشدين والأئمة المهديين، وقد ذكر جماعة من الأئمة أنه إمام مجدد، ينطبق عليه قوله رسول الله : "إن الله يبعث لهذه الأمة على رأس كل مائة سنة، مَن يجدد لها أمر دينها"[1].هذا الإمام الزاهد، حُجَّة على العباد والحكام والولاة في أقواله وأفعاله وسيرته؛ أحيا من السنن ما اندرس، وأعاد المظالم، ولم يحاب أحدًا حتى ذوي القربى.فبدأ بأهله وعياله، فخيَّر زوجته بين: أن تقيم معه؛ على أنه لا فراغ له إليها، وبين أن تلحق بأهلها. فاختارت المقام معه. وكذا فعل مع جواريه، فأعتق من أعتق منهن، وانصرف عن البواقي؛ شغلاً بما هو فيه من أمور الخلافة، تقول زوجه: "ما جامع واحتلم وهو خليفة". وليس هذا بواجب، لكنه ألزم نفسه؛ حتى يفرغ تمامًا لمصالح الرعية.فإنه كان يغتمُّ ويهتم لأمر رعيته، تقول زوجته: "دخلت عليه يومًا، وهو جالس في مصلاه، واضعًا خده على يده، ودموعه تسيل على خديه، فقلت: ما لك؟ فقال: "ويحك يا فاطمة! قد وليت من أمر هذه الأمة ما وليت، فتفكرت في: الفقير الجائع، والمريض الجائع، والعاري المجهود، واليتيم المكسور، والأرملة الوحيدة، والمظلوم المقهور، والغريب، والأسير، والشيخ الكبير، وذي العيال الكثير والمال القليل، وأشباههم في أقطار الأرض وأطراف البلاد، فعلمتُ أن ربي عز وجل سيسألني عنهم يوم القيامة، وأن خصمي دونهم محمد ، فخشيتُ أن لا يثبت لي حجة عند خصومته، فرحمتُ نفسي، فبكيت".قسَّم ثروات الأمة بالعدل، لم يخص أحدًا لمجرد نسبه أو صلته، ولم يعط لرضا أو هوى، فانصرف الشعراء والمنتفعون عن بابه، ومن كان له حق في بيت المال، فما كان من حاجة له أن يأتي باب عمر؛ فحقوقهم تصل إليهم وهم في بيوتهم في بلادهم."لقد أغنى الناس عمر".. قالها الساعي على صدقته، وهو يجوب إفريقيا يبحث عن فقير.أعطاهم نصيبهم الذي يغنيهم عن السؤال، وأعطى المنقطعين لتعلم القرآن والفقه. وكتب إلى عُمَّاله أن يستعملوا أهل القرآن، وأن يجتنبوا الأشغال عند حضور الصلاة. وأمرهم ألا يحبسوا الناس بالظنة قبل ثبوت البينة، وقال: "خذهم بالبينة وما جرت عليه السنة، فإن لم يصلحهم الحق فلا أصلحهم الله".كتب إلى بعضهم: "أذكرك طول سهر أهل النار في النار، مع خلود الأبد، وإياك أن ينصرف بك من عند الله، فيكون آخر العهد بك، وانقطاع الرجاء منك".فخلع العامل نفسه وطوى البلاد وقَدِم على عمر، فقال له: "ما لك؟ فقال: خلعت قلبي بكتابك يا أمير المؤمنين، والله لا أعود إلى ولاية أبدًا".إذا خلي في بيته، غلَّ نفسه، ولبس المسوح، وقام يصلي يناجي ربه كالعبد الآبق ويقول: "اللهم إن عمر ليس بأهل أن تناله رحمتك، ولكن رحمتك أهل أن تنال عمر".يكثر أن يقول: "اللهم سَلِّم سلم".تقول زوجه: "ما رأيت أحدًا أكثر صلاة وصيامًا منه، ولا أحدًا أشد فرقًا من ربه منه، كان يصلي العشاء، ثم يجلس يبكي حتى تغلبه عيناه، ثم ينتبه فلا يزال يبكي حتى تغلبه عيناه.قالت: ولقد كان يكون معي في الفراش، فيذكر الشيء من أمر الآخرة، فينتفض كما ينتفض العصفور في الماء، ويجلس يبكي، فأطرح عليه اللحاف رحمةً له، وأنا أقول: يا ليت كان بيننا وبين الخلافة بُعد المشرقين! فوالله ما رأينا سرورًا منذ دخلنا فيها".وبكى مرة، فبكى لبكائه أهل الدار، فلما سُرِّي عنه سألوه، فقال: "ذكرت منصرف الناس يوم القيامة، فريق في الجنة وفريق في السعير".يجمع العلماء والفقهاء ويجلس إليهم، هو الذي يطلبهم، ليس كل أسبوع، ولا كل شهر أو سنة، بل كل ليلة، فيذكرون الموت والآخرة، ثم يبكون حتى كأن بينهم جنازة.كتب مرة إلى أحد إخوانه وكان في طريقه إلى الجهاد: "إن أحق العباد بإجلال الله والخشية منه، مَنِ ابتلاه الله بمثل ما ابتلاني به، ولا أحد أشد حسابًا ولا أهون على الله إن عصاه مني، فقد ضاق بما أنا فيه ذرعي، وخفتُ أن تكون منزلتي التي أنا بها -الرياسة والحكم- هلاكًا لي، إلا أن يتداركني الله منه برحمة، وقد بلغني أنك تريد الخروج في سبيل الله، فأحب يا أخي إذا أخذت موقفك أن تدعو الله أن يرزقني الشهادة، فإن حالي شديدة وخطري عظيم، فأسأل الله الذي ابتلاني به، أن يرحمني ويعفو عني".نشأ ناعم العيش، يؤتى بالقميص الرفيع اللين جدًّا فيقول: "ما أحسنه، لولا خشونة فيه!". فلما وَلِي الخلافة صار يلبس الغليظ المرقوع ويقول: "ما أحسنه لولا لينه!".قال مالك بن دينار: "يقولون مالك زاهد، أي زهد عندي؟! إنما الزاهد عمر بن عبد العزيز أتته الدنيا فاغرة فاها، فتركها جملة".قال له رجل: جزاك الله عن الإسلام خيرًا. فقال: "بل جزى الله الإسلام عني خيرًا".وقيل له: "لو أتيت المدينة، فإن قضى الله موتًا، دفنت في موضع القبر الرابع مع رسول الله". فقال: "والله لأن يعذبني الله بغير النار، أحب إليَّ من أن يعلم من قلبي أني لذلك أهلٌ".من أقواله: "إن نفسي تواقة، وإنها لم تعط شيئًا إلا تاقت إلى ما هو أفضل، فلما أعطيت الذي لا شيء أفضل منه في الدنيا، تاقت إلى ما هو أفضل من ذلك"؛ أي الجنة.كان -رحمه الله تعالى- معدودًا في العلماء، وله آراء مذكورة في كتب الفقه والتفسير والحديث، فمن فتاواه أن من سبَّ النبي يُقتل، وهذا القول نصره ابن تيمية، وألف كتابًا في ذلك عنوانه "الصارم المسلول على شاتم الرسول".منع أهل الذمة من إدخال الخمور، ونهى عن النياحة والغناء، وأمر بالتنكيل بمن خالف ذلك.في عهده انتشر العدل، ونعم الناس بالأمن، حتى البهائم نعمت به.روى ابن سعد أن راعيًا قال: "كنا نرعى الشاء بكرمان في خلافة عمر بن عبد العزيز، فكانت الشاء والذئاب والوحش ترعى في موضع واحد، فبينما نحن ذات ليلة إذ عرض الذئب لشاة، فقلت: ما أرى الرجل الصالح إلا قد هلك. قال حماد بن زيد: فحدثني هو أو غيره أنهم نظروا، فوجدوه قد هلك في تلك الليلة".وروى عن مالك بن دينار: "لما استُعمل عمر بن عبد العزيز على الناس، قالت رعاء الشاء في رءوس الجبال: من هذا العبد الصالح الذي قام على الناس؟ قيل لهم: وما علمكم بذاك؟ قالوا: إنه إذا قام على الناس خليفة عدل، كفت الذئاب عن شائنا".مثل هذا يحدث إذا نزل عيسى عليه السلام، فإذا الحاكم صلح نزعت الشرور من النفوس ومن البلاد، فأمنوا واطمأنوا. قال : "إن الله ليزع بالسلطان ما لا يزع بالقرآن".مات رضي الله عنه سنة 101هـ وعمره تسع وثلاثون سنة، مدة خلافته سنتان وخمسة أشهر، وهو من نسل عمر بن الخطاب، فهو جده لأمه أم عاصم بنت عاصم بن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه، وكان يُلقب بالأشج؛ لشجة كانت في وجهه.لما مات، قال الحسن البصري: "مات خير الناس".وعن خالد الربعي: "إنا نجد في التوراة أن السموات والأرض تبكي على عمر بن عبد العزيز أربعين صباحًا".سأل رجل ابن عباس: "يا أبا عباس، أرأيت قول الله: {فَمَا بَكَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّمَاءُ وَالأَرْضُ وَمَا كَانُوا مُنْظَرِينَ} [الدخان: 29]، فهل تبكي السماء والأرض على أحد؟ قال: نعم، إنه ليس أحد من الخلائق إلا وله باب في السماء، منه ينزل رزقه، وفيه يصعد عمله، فإذا مات المؤمن، فأغلق بابه من السماء، الذي كان يصعد فيه عمله، وينزل منه رزقه؛ بكى عليه.وإذا فقده مصلاه من الأرض، التي كان يصلي فيها، ويذكر الله فيها؛ بكت عليه. وإن قوم فرعون لم تكن لهم في الأرض آثار صالحة، ولم يكن يصعد إلى الله منهم خير، فلم تبك عليهم السماء والأرض"[2].قال الذهبي: "قلبي منشرح للشهادة لعمر أنه من أهل الجنة"[3].-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------[1] رواه أبو داود في الملاحم باب ما يذكر في قرن المائة، عن أبي هريرة، صحيح أبي داود (3606).[2] تفسير ابن كثير سورة الزخرف.[3] طبقات ابن سعد 5/253-320، ابن كثير 5/9/192، السير 5/114.

سُئل الحاكم.. الرئيس.. السلطان.. الخليفة الراشد عمر بن عبد العزيز -رضي الله عنه- "ما كان بدء إنابتك؟ فقال: أردت ضرب غلام لي، فقال: اذكر ليلة صبيحتها يوم القيامة".لا يقبل موعظة ضعيف إلا طاهر النفس، خالص السريرة من الكبر والعجب بالنفس؛ وعمر بن عبد العزيز كان من أشراف الناس وأمرائهم، فهو من بيت الخلافة، فعمه عبد الملك بن مروان، غير أن بذور السماحة ملأت نفسه، كلما ارتفع منزلة، علا تواضعًا ولينًا.كان خيِّرًا وبرًّا قبل الإمارة وبعدها، قال أنس بن مالك: "ما صليت وراء إمام أشبه بصلاة رسول الله من هذا الفتى".كتب الله أن يكون خليفة الأمة، جاءته وهو لها كارهٍ، فخلع نفسه، فتنادى الناس به، فثبت عليها، واستعان بالله على ما يراه مصيبة وقعت عليه.أجمع العلماء على أنه من أئمة العدل، وأحد الخلفاء الراشدين والأئمة المهديين، وقد ذكر جماعة من الأئمة أنه إمام مجدد، ينطبق عليه قوله رسول الله : "إن الله يبعث لهذه الأمة على رأس كل مائة سنة، مَن يجدد لها أمر دينها"[1].هذا الإمام الزاهد، حُجَّة على العباد والحكام والولاة في أقواله وأفعاله وسيرته؛ أحيا من السنن ما اندرس، وأعاد المظالم، ولم يحاب أحدًا حتى ذوي القربى.فبدأ بأهله وعياله، فخيَّر زوجته بين: أن تقيم معه؛ على أنه لا فراغ له إليها، وبين أن تلحق بأهلها. فاختارت المقام معه. وكذا فعل مع جواريه، فأعتق من أعتق منهن، وانصرف عن البواقي؛ شغلاً بما هو فيه من أمور الخلافة، تقول زوجه: "ما جامع واحتلم وهو خليفة". وليس هذا بواجب، لكنه ألزم نفسه؛ حتى يفرغ تمامًا لمصالح الرعية.فإنه كان يغتمُّ ويهتم لأمر رعيته، تقول زوجته: "دخلت عليه يومًا، وهو جالس في مصلاه، واضعًا خده على يده، ودموعه تسيل على خديه، فقلت: ما لك؟ فقال: "ويحك يا فاطمة! قد وليت من أمر هذه الأمة ما وليت، فتفكرت في: الفقير الجائع، والمريض الجائع، والعاري المجهود، واليتيم المكسور، والأرملة الوحيدة، والمظلوم المقهور، والغريب، والأسير، والشيخ الكبير، وذي العيال الكثير والمال القليل، وأشباههم في أقطار الأرض وأطراف البلاد، فعلمتُ أن ربي عز وجل سيسألني عنهم يوم القيامة، وأن خصمي دونهم محمد ، فخشيتُ أن لا يثبت لي حجة عند خصومته، فرحمتُ نفسي، فبكيت".قسَّم ثروات الأمة بالعدل، لم يخص أحدًا لمجرد نسبه أو صلته، ولم يعط لرضا أو هوى، فانصرف الشعراء والمنتفعون عن بابه، ومن كان له حق في بيت المال، فما كان من حاجة له أن يأتي باب عمر؛ فحقوقهم تصل إليهم وهم في بيوتهم في بلادهم."لقد أغنى الناس عمر".. قالها الساعي على صدقته، وهو يجوب إفريقيا يبحث عن فقير.أعطاهم نصيبهم الذي يغنيهم عن السؤال، وأعطى المنقطعين لتعلم القرآن والفقه. وكتب إلى عُمَّاله أن يستعملوا أهل القرآن، وأن يجتنبوا الأشغال عند حضور الصلاة. وأمرهم ألا يحبسوا الناس بالظنة قبل ثبوت البينة، وقال: "خذهم بالبينة وما جرت عليه السنة، فإن لم يصلحهم الحق فلا أصلحهم الله".كتب إلى بعضهم: "أذكرك طول سهر أهل النار في النار، مع خلود الأبد، وإياك أن ينصرف بك من عند الله، فيكون آخر العهد بك، وانقطاع الرجاء منك".فخلع العامل نفسه وطوى البلاد وقَدِم على عمر، فقال له: "ما لك؟ فقال: خلعت قلبي بكتابك يا أمير المؤمنين، والله لا أعود إلى ولاية أبدًا".إذا خلي في بيته، غلَّ نفسه، ولبس المسوح، وقام يصلي يناجي ربه كالعبد الآبق ويقول: "اللهم إن عمر ليس بأهل أن تناله رحمتك، ولكن رحمتك أهل أن تنال عمر".يكثر أن يقول: "اللهم سَلِّم سلم".تقول زوجه: "ما رأيت أحدًا أكثر صلاة وصيامًا منه، ولا أحدًا أشد فرقًا من ربه منه، كان يصلي العشاء، ثم يجلس يبكي حتى تغلبه عيناه، ثم ينتبه فلا يزال يبكي حتى تغلبه عيناه.قالت: ولقد كان يكون معي في الفراش، فيذكر الشيء من أمر الآخرة، فينتفض كما ينتفض العصفور في الماء، ويجلس يبكي، فأطرح عليه اللحاف رحمةً له، وأنا أقول: يا ليت كان بيننا وبين الخلافة بُعد المشرقين! فوالله ما رأينا سرورًا منذ دخلنا فيها".وبكى مرة، فبكى لبكائه أهل الدار، فلما سُرِّي عنه سألوه، فقال: "ذكرت منصرف الناس يوم القيامة، فريق في الجنة وفريق في السعير".يجمع العلماء والفقهاء ويجلس إليهم، هو الذي يطلبهم، ليس كل أسبوع، ولا كل شهر أو سنة، بل كل ليلة، فيذكرون الموت والآخرة، ثم يبكون حتى كأن بينهم جنازة.كتب مرة إلى أحد إخوانه وكان في طريقه إلى الجهاد: "إن أحق العباد بإجلال الله والخشية منه، مَنِ ابتلاه الله بمثل ما ابتلاني به، ولا أحد أشد حسابًا ولا أهون على الله إن عصاه مني، فقد ضاق بما أنا فيه ذرعي، وخفتُ أن تكون منزلتي التي أنا بها -الرياسة والحكم- هلاكًا لي، إلا أن يتداركني الله منه برحمة، وقد بلغني أنك تريد الخروج في سبيل الله، فأحب يا أخي إذا أخذت موقفك أن تدعو الله أن يرزقني الشهادة، فإن حالي شديدة وخطري عظيم، فأسأل الله الذي ابتلاني به، أن يرحمني ويعفو عني".نشأ ناعم العيش، يؤتى بالقميص الرفيع اللين جدًّا فيقول: "ما أحسنه، لولا خشونة فيه!". فلما وَلِي الخلافة صار يلبس الغليظ المرقوع ويقول: "ما أحسنه لولا لينه!".قال مالك بن دينار: "يقولون مالك زاهد، أي زهد عندي؟!
