القرضاوي يوضح موقفه من البوعزيزي

القرضاوي دعا شباب العرب الساخطين على الأوضاع إلى عدم إحراق أنفسهم (الجزيرة)
قال رئيس الاتحاد العالمي لعلماء المسلمين يوسف القرضاوي إنه لم يصدر أي فتوى في موضوع إحراق الشاب التونسي محمد البوعزيزي نفسه، في تحرك كان وراء اندلاع احتجاجات عارمة أطاحت بالرئيس التونسي المخلوع زين العابدين بن علي.
وقال القرضاوي -في بيان تلقت الجزيرة نت نسخة منه- إنه لم يكتب أي فتوى في الموضوع، ولكنه اكتفى بالتعليق عليه في برنامج "الشريعة والحياة".
وذكر القرضاوي أنه قال في البرنامج نفسه "إني أتضرع إلى الله تعالى، وأبتهل إليه أن يعفو عن هذا الشاب ويغفر له، ويتجاوز عن فعلته التي خالف فيها الشرع الذي ينهى عن قتل النفس".
وأوضح القرضاوي أن الشاب التونسي محمد البوعزيزي -الذي أقدم على إضرام النار في جسده احتجاجا على تعرضه للضرب من لدن شرطية ومنعه من ممارسة نشاط تجاري يعتاش منه- كان في حالة ثورة وغليان نفسي، ولا يملك فيها نفسه وحرية إرادته.
وذكّر القرضاوي بقاعدة شرعية مهمة، وهي أن الحكم بعد الابتلاء بالفعل غير الحكم قبل الابتلاء به، وأوضح أنه "قبل الابتلاء بالفعل ينبغي التشديد حتى نمنع من وقوع الفعل، أما بعد الابتلاء بوقوعه فعلا، فهنا نلتمس التخفيف ما أمكن ذلك".
وبناء على ذلك ناشد القرضاوي شباب العرب والمسلمين -الذين أرادوا أن يحرقوا أنفسهم سخطا على حاضرهم- الحفاظ على حياتهم "التي هي نعمة من الله يجب أن تشكر"، مؤكدا أن من يجب أن يحرق "إنما هم الطغاة الظالمون".
وخلص القرضاوي إلى القول إنه "لدينا من وسائل المقاومة للظلم والطغيان ما يغنينا عن قتل أنفسنا، أو إحراق أجسادنا. وفي الحلال أبدا ما يغني عن الحرام".

To the young Arab Muslims and Christians do not burn yourselves, burn the tyrants. You all deserve much better lives. Obama will not save you, he is just another regular American politician. The elites felt that the masses need someone to care and be above the politics and he was made in USA, by the elites. At personal level he is a nice guy but he is not a savior and do not expect him to be so he is just another regular politician brought in the right time to calm the Arab Muslim masses. For Arab Muslims and Christians our destiny is the same and our prosperity is the same. Time to look after ourselves. To decide a new destiny we have to stand one hand and if we need to burn the tyrants let it be. The Muslims scholars have to stand with the masses now and not to take credit after the tyrants fall. Time to fear only God our just let put the Quran aside and say it is not God's book. To the guy Amer Mosa who is the leader of this fake Arab tyrants organization Al Gama Al Arabia can you just go to hell with all the tyrants. We had enough of the meetings and rhetoric. Like the Arab tyrants and Muslims scholars you would not talk about the conditions of the Muslims you just did when Tunis tyrants run like a a rat. By the way if you are brave and the tyrants mention publicly I am not Al Mahdi Al Muntazer. Every day passes with you hiding from the masses who I am the masses get more sure that I am Al Mahdi Al Muntazer. If I am a crazy guy they would have brought me to an interview in Al Jazzera or similar TV and make me discredited publicly.
