The existance of people who red the Quran and did not beleive is not a proof
that the Quran is not from God but is proof that they were not sincere to
examine that and God turned them away:سَأَصْرِفُ عَنْ
آيَاتِيَ الَّذِينَ يَتَكَبَّرُونَ فِي الأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَإِن يَرَوْاْ
كُلَّ آيَةٍ لاَّ يُؤْمِنُواْ بِهَا وَإِن يَرَوْاْ سَبِيلَ الرُّشْدِ لاَ
يَتَّخِذُوهُ سَبِيلاً وَإِن يَرَوْاْ سَبِيلَ الْغَيِّ يَتَّخِذُوهُ سَبِيلاً
ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا وَكَانُواْ عَنْهَا غَافِلِينَ
(7:146)7:146 (Y. Ali) Those who behave arrogantly on the earth in defiance
of right - them will I turn away from My signs: Even if they see all the signs,
they will not believe in them; and if they see the way of right conduct, they
will not adopt it as the way; but if they see the way of error, that is the way
they will adopt. For they have rejected our signs, and failed to take warning
from them.وَكَأَيِّن مِّن آيَةٍ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ
وَالأَرْضِ يَمُرُّونَ عَلَيْهَا وَهُمْ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضُونَ
(12:105)12:105 (Y. Ali) And how many signs in the heavens and the earth do
they pass by? Yet they turn (their faces) away from them!وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن ذُكِّرَ بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِ فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهَا
وَنَسِيَ مَا قَدَّمَتْ يَدَاهُ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ أَكِنَّةً أَن
يَفْقَهُوهُ وَفِي آذَانِهِمْ وَقْرًا وَإِن تَدْعُهُمْ إِلَى الْهُدَى فَلَن
يَهْتَدُوا إِذًا أَبَدًا (18:57)18:57 (Y. Ali) And who doth more wrong
than one who is reminded of the signs of his Lord, but turns away from them,
forgetting the (deeds) which his hands have sent forth? Verily We have set veils
over their hearts lest they should understand this, and over their ears,
deafness, if thou callest them to guidance, even then will they never accept
guidance.وَإِذَا تُتْلَى عَلَيْهِ آيَاتُنَا وَلَّى
مُسْتَكْبِرًا كَأَن لَّمْ يَسْمَعْهَا كَأَنَّ فِي أُذُنَيْهِ وَقْرًا فَبَشِّرْهُ
بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ (31:7)31:7 (Y. Ali) When Our signs are rehearsed to
such a one, he turns away in arrogance, as if he heard them not, as if there
were deafness in both his ears: announce to him a grievous Penalty.


We know indeed the grief which their words cause you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): it
is not you that they deny, but it is the Verses (the Qur'an) of Allah that the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers)
deny. ( سورة الأنعام , Al-Anaam, Chapter #6, Verse #33)(Arabic, Transliteration, Urdu, Yusuf Ali, Shakir, Picthal, Mohsin Khan, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Melayu, German, Bosnian, Russian)
Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "I am on clear proof from my Lord (Islamic
Monotheism), but you deny it (the truth that as come to me from Allah). I have not gotten what you are asking for impatiently (the torment). The decision is only for Allah, He declares the
truth, and He is the Best of judges." ( سورة الأنعام , Al-Anaam, Chapter #6, Verse #57)(Arabic, Transliteration, Urdu, Yusuf Ali, Shakir, Picthal, Mohsin Khan, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Melayu, German, Bosnian, Russian)
Those who deny Our Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses,
lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and the Meeting in the Hereafter (Day of
Resurrection,), vain are their deeds. Are they requited with anything except
what they used to do? (سورة الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7, Verse #147)(Arabic, Transliteration,
Urdu, Yusuf Ali, Shakir, Picthal, Mohsin Khan, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Melayu, German, Bosnian, Russian)
And (all) the Most Beautiful Names belong to Allah , so call on Him by them, and leave the
company of those who belie or deny (or utter impious speech against) His Names. They will be requited for what they used to do. ( سورة الأعراف , Al-Araf, Chapter #7, Verse #180)(Arabic, Transliteration,
Urdu, Yusuf Ali, Shakir, Picthal, Mohsin Khan, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Melayu, German, Bosnian, Russian)
(7) (A brief) enjoyment in this world! - and then unto Us will be their return, then We shall
make them taste the severest torment because they used to disbelieve [in Allah,
belie His Messengers, deny and challenge His Ayat (proofs, signs, verses, etc.)]. ( سورة يونس , Yunus, Chapter #10, Verse #70)
