You should not, I am kidding, just take it easy. There is no compulsion in religion but for all of these reasons you should become a Muslim if you want to:
1- Is there an eternal afterlife?
If you can prove there is no eternal afterlife you should not convert to Islam, you do not even need to explore religion. I do not know however how you can prove there is no eternal afterlife. Science has advanced much in the last hundred years but it can not prove or disprove there is an eternal afterlife. The only way to prove it is to wait until you die. The one problem is there is no second chance or come back. There are already people sent from God called prophets and warned about this eternal afterlife that it can be heaven or hell. You just can not afford to wait until the day of judgement and say "Woops I was wrong, can I go back".
10:4 Unto Him is the return of all of you; it is a promise of Allah in truth. Lo! He produceth creation, then reproduceth it, that He may reward those who believe and do good works with equity; while, as for those who disbelieve, theirs will be a boiling drink and painful doom because they disbelieved. إِلَيْهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ جَمِيعًا وَعْدَ اللّهِ حَقًّا إِنَّهُ يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ لِيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّالِحَاتِ بِالْقِسْطِ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَهُمْ شَرَابٌ مِّنْ حَمِيمٍ وَعَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكْفُرُونَ (10:4)
39:71 And those who disbelieve are driven unto hell in troops till, when they reach it and the gates thereof are opened, and the warders thereof say unto them: Came there not unto you messenger's of your own, reciting unto you the revelations of your Lord and warning you of the meeting of this your Day? they say Yea, verily. But the word of doom for disbelievers is fulfilled. وَسِيقَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ زُمَرًا حَتَّى إِذَا جَاؤُوهَا فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُهَا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّنكُمْ يَتْلُونَ عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِ رَبِّكُمْ وَيُنذِرُونَكُمْ لِقَاء يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا قَالُوا بَلَى وَلَكِنْ حَقَّتْ كَلِمَةُ الْعَذَابِ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ (39:71)
2- Is there a God?
You can again try to disprove it but I do not know how you can do that. You have to either prove scientifically that you searched everywhere in the universe and you did not find God. If you have succeeded to prove that, you have then to prove that things can be created without a creator.
52:35 Were they created of nothing, or were they themselves the creators? أَمْ خُلِقُوا مِنْ غَيْرِ شَيْءٍ أَمْ هُمُ الْخَالِقُونَ (52:35)
3- Try to edit your Quran?
Since you do not think the Quran is from God and made by humans make one and call people to believe that you are a prophet from God. I personally can not do it and if I do it people will discover my errors and notice my laughing eyes. You have to do a very good job when you edit your Quran since Quran is believed by 1.5 billion Muslims.
17:88 Say: Verily, though mankind and the jinn should assemble to produce the like of this Qur'an, they could not produce the like thereof though they were helpers one of another.
قُل لَّئِنِ اجْتَمَعَتِ الإِنسُ وَالْجِنُّ عَلَى أَن يَأْتُواْ بِمِثْلِ هَـذَا الْقُرْآنِ لاَ يَأْتُونَ بِمِثْلِهِ وَلَوْ كَانَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ ظَهِيرًا (17:88)
4- Could there be no God, no reality in Quran and no Eternal afterlife?
It could be but the chances are that there is God, a real Quran and a certain eternal afterlife. You could gamble but the loss is just to grave that a reasonable person would not gamble with his eternity.
41:23 That, your thought which ye did think about your Lord, hath ruined you; and ye find yourselves (this day) among the lost. وَذَلِكُمْ ظَنُّكُمُ الَّذِي ظَنَنتُم بِرَبِّكُمْ أَرْدَاكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُم مِّنْ الْخَاسِرِينَ (41:23)
41:52 Bethink you: If it is from Allah and ye reject it--Who is further astray than one who is at open feud (with Allah)? قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِن كَانَ مِنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ كَفَرْتُم بِهِ مَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنْ هُوَ فِي شِقَاقٍ بَعِيدٍ (41:52)
5- Can be no creation but chance or spontaneous intelligence that created the world?
We did not have proofs that chance does a lot. The chances that a locked empty safe would be opened after thousands of years to be found full of Cash is simply zero. The chances that one atom can from no where ended by creating a complex world with structures like us is equal to zero. There is a creation we did not see God doing the creation but we know he is the creator. It is like we buy the bread and even without seeing it baked we know there is a bakery who did that. Those who deny God his creation have no basis to their assumptions.
18:51 I made them not to witness the creation of the heavens and the earth, nor their own creation; nor choose I misleaders for (My) helpers. مَا أَشْهَدتُّهُمْ خَلْقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَا خَلْقَ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا كُنتُ مُتَّخِذَ الْمُضِلِّينَ عَضُدًا (18:51)
6- Could you explain human spirituality?
Why we feel this good spiritual feeling when we talk or pray to God?. Where this feeling came from?. Why even people who do not have prophets sent by God try to find religion even create one?. Why many people even with false brides in their early lives as they mature and get older realize their spirituality and the existence of God?.
13:28 Who have believed and whose hearts have rest in the remembrance of Allah. Verily in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest! الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ اللّهِ أَلاَ بِذِكْرِ اللّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ (13:28)
46:15 And We have commended unto man kindness toward parents. His mother beareth him with reluctance, and bringeth him forth with reluctance, and the bearing of him and the weaning of him is thirty months, till, when he attaineth full strength and reacheth forty years, he saith: My Lord! Arouse me that I may give thanks for the favor wherewith Thou hast favored me and my parents, and that I may do right acceptable unto Thee. And be gracious unto me In the matter of my seed. Lo! I have turned unto Thee repentant, and lo! I am of those who surrender (unto Thee).
وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ إِحْسَانًا حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ كُرْهًا وَوَضَعَتْهُ كُرْهًا وَحَمْلُهُ وَفِصَالُهُ ثَلَاثُونَ شَهْرًا حَتَّى إِذَا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَبَلَغَ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً قَالَ رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَى وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ (46:15)
7- Do you have an obligation to yourself?
If you can not disprove God existence, the creation, the human spirituality and the day of judgements you have to come honest with yourself. Life is short and if there is an afterlife you are comparing zero with infinity. You have the obligation to yourself to save it from hell fire and claim your eternal life in paradise.
40:60 And your Lord hath said: Pray unto me and I will hear your prayer. Lo! those who scorn My service, they will enter hell, disgraced. وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ادْعُونِي أَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ عَنْ عِبَادَتِي سَيَدْخُلُونَ جَهَنَّمَ دَاخِرِينَ (40:60)
40:76 Enter ye the gates of hell, to dwell therein. Evil is the habitation of the scornful. ادْخُلُوا أَبْوَابَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا فَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى الْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ (40:76)
8- Can you go on with no God in your life?
You can but you will feel emptiness that you can never be able to fill by your possessions, success or ego. You will feel lonely and you will die lonely.
6:122 Is he who was dead and We have raised him unto life, and set for him a light wherein he walketh among men, as him whose similitude is in utter darkness whence he cannot emerge? Thus is their conduct made fair-seeming for the disbelieversأَوَ مَن كَانَ مَيْتًا فَأَحْيَيْنَاهُ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُ نُورًا يَمْشِي بِهِ فِي النَّاسِ كَمَن مَّثَلُهُ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ لَيْسَ بِخَارِجٍ مِّنْهَا كَذَلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ (6:122
9- Why should you miss the enjoyment of Islam?
Yes enjoyment in praying and feeling God existence in all your daily life.
94:1 Have We not expanded thee thy chest? أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ (94:1)
10- Why should not you enjoy the peace and serenity of Islam?
You will tell me are you joking with all this troubled Muslim world where is peace. You got me in this one. The Muslim world is like a giant who has no wisdom and crushing people around him. The problem is not Islam but the Muslims who are not following the wisdom of their religion to change their situation. The west helping to radicalize the Muslim world and then turn to you and tell you "I told you that is what Islam is all about".
3:103 And hold fast, all together, by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not divided among yourselves; and remember with gratitude Allah's favour on you; for ye were enemies and He joined your hearts in love, so that by His Grace, ye became brethren; and ye were on the brink of the pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus doth Allah make His Signs clear to you: That ye may be guided. وَاعْتَصِمُواْ بِحَبْلِ اللّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلاَ تَفَرَّقُواْ وَاذْكُرُواْ نِعْمَةَ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنتُمْ أَعْدَاء فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُم بِنِعْمَتِهِ إِخْوَانًا وَكُنتُمْ عَلَىَ شَفَا حُفْرَةٍ مِّنَ النَّارِ فَأَنقَذَكُم مِّنْهَا كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللّهُ لَكُمْ آيَاتِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ (3:103)
11- Why I need to be in the failed minority?
You are wrong on this one, Islam will prevail and fill the earth with peace and justice. You need Islam and the good of Islam to yourself and to our world. Islam is the religion of God and he promised us his kingdom in earth.
21:105 And verity We have written in the Scripture, after the Reminder: My righteous slaves will inherit the earth: وَلَقَدْ كَتَبْنَا فِي الزَّبُورِ مِن بَعْدِ الذِّكْرِ أَنَّ الْأَرْضَ يَرِثُهَا عِبَادِيَ الصَّالِحُونَ (21:105)
