The strong wording of God in the Bible and The Quran stem from the Author strong prophetic speech. It is like be and it will be. Unlike other works of human, the Quran is work of present, past and future. Science tell you what we found out and science fiction will tell you what things that may be found out. God's word on the other hand like the Quran and Bible tell you what will happen. The Quran best prophecies is about itself. God promised things in the Quran to the Quran and turned to be true.
These are the prophecies of the Quran that it talks about the Quran itself as we see in theses verses:
1- The Quran is not such as could be invented in despite of God: To our date no one gave us a convincing evidence that the Quran is made by other than God.
10:37 And this quran is not such as could ever be invented in despite of Allah; but it is a confirmation of that which was before it and an exposition of that which is decreed for mankind-- Therein is no doubt--from the Lord of the Worlds. وَمَا كَانَ هَـذَا الْقُرْآنُ أَن يُفْتَرَى مِن دُونِ اللّهِ وَلَـكِن تَصْدِيقَ الَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَتَفْصِيلَ الْكِتَابِ لاَ رَيْبَ فِيهِ مِن رَّبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ (10:37)
2- Muhammad (PBUH) before the message of the Quran was heedless: No one can confirm he was a scholar in religion. People have recorded everything related to him. This would never skip them if he was a scholar.
12:3 We narrate unto thee (Muhammad) the best of narratives in that We have inspired in thee this quran, though aforetime thou wast of the heedless. نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ أَحْسَنَ الْقَصَصِ بِمَا أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ هَـذَا الْقُرْآنَ وَإِن كُنتَ مِن قَبْلِهِ لَمِنَ الْغَافِلِينَ (12:3)
3- Muhammad (PBUH) was not expecting the Quran: true he was pondering about God and the creation but actually he was fearful in the first encounter with the angel. What brought the Quran was not his expectation but God mercy. He did not test the water by writing verses or ideas about God before he got the message of the Quran.
28:86 And thou hadst not expected that the book would be sent to thee except as a Mercy from thy Lord: Therefore lend not thou support in any way to those who reject (Allah's Message). - وَمَا كُنتَ تَرْجُو أَن يُلْقَى إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابُ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً مِّن رَّبِّكَ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ ظَهِيرًا لِّلْكَافِرِينَ (28:86)
4- The Quran mentioned that Muhammad (PBUH) was not a poet: to be able to write the Quran. No one during his message or before found any piece of poetry that he can accuse him of.
36:69 And we have not taught him (Muhammad) poetry, nor is it meet for him. This is naught else than a Reminder and a Lecture making plain, وَمَا عَلَّمْنَاهُ الشِّعْرَ وَمَا يَنبَغِي لَهُ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌ وَقُرْآنٌ مُّبِينٌ (36:69)
5- In fact Muhammad (PBUH) did not know how to read or write: No one was able to find verses of the Quran that he wrote himself or any writings at all by his hand.
29:48 And thou (O Muhammad) wast not a reader of any scripture before it, nor didst thou write it with thy right hand, for then might those have doubted, who follow falsehood. وَمَا كُنتَ تَتْلُو مِن قَبْلِهِ مِن كِتَابٍ وَلَا تَخُطُّهُ بِيَمِينِكَ إِذًا لَّارْتَابَ الْمُبْطِلُونَ (29:48)
10:16 Say: "Had God willed it [otherwise], I would not have conveyed this [divine writ] unto you, nor would He have brought it to your knowledge. Indeed. a whole lifetime have I dwelt among you ere this [revelation came unto me]: will you not, then, use your reason ?”
قُل لَّوْ شَاء اللّهُ مَا تَلَوْتُهُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلاَ أَدْرَاكُم بِهِ فَقَدْ لَبِثْتُ فِيكُمْ عُمُرًا مِّن قَبْلِهِ أَفَلاَ تَعْقِلُونَ (10:16)
6- Surprisingly this man Muhammad (PBUH) would teach billions of people: not only in his generation but over 1400 years he taught us the scripture and wisdom. Most if not all teachers of Islam now read and write and many of them have degrees in the sciences he brought related to the religion of Islam.
2:151 Even as We have sent unto you a messenger from among you, who reciteth unto you Our revelations and causeth you to grow, and teacheth you the Scripture and wisdom, and teacheth you that which ye knew not.'
كَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا فِيكُمْ رَسُولاً مِّنكُمْ يَتْلُو عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِنَا وَيُزَكِّيكُمْ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُم مَّا لَمْ تَكُونُواْ تَعْلَمُونَ (2:151)
7- As God promised him he will make him recite the Quran and not forget it: He was praying and Muslims behind him 5 prayers a day and a lot of long nights for many years and they did not record about him forgetting the verses of the Quran despite his very busy mind guiding a nation and building its community.
87:6 We shall make thee read (O Muhammad) so that thou shalt not forget سَنُقْرِؤُكَ فَلَا تَنسَى (87:6)8- God named his book the Quran (the recited): we come to learn over the years that this is the most recited book in the world.
7:204 And when the Qur'an is recited, give ear to it and pay heed, that ye may obtain mercy. -
وَإِذَا قُرِىءَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُواْ لَهُ وَأَنصِتُواْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ (7:204)
9- God promised to collect the Quran: though the Quran would come to the prophet as inspirations few verses at times and even a large chapter and in different orders. God as promised ended by having the Quran as one book with all verses in its right place in various chapters.
إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا جَمْعَهُ وَقُرْآنَهُ
(75:17)
75:17 (Picktall) Lo! upon Us (resteth) the putting together thereof and the reading thereof. -
10- God promised us the explanation of the Quran: many verses in the Quran are explained by other verses in the Quran.
ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا بَيَانَهُ (75:19)
75:19 (Picktall) Then lo! upon Us (resteth) the explanation thereof.
11- God promised to preserve the Quran: He did that with no change in one verse or letter over 1400 years.
15:9 Lo! We, even We, reveal the reminder, and lo! We verily are its Guardian. إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ (15:9)
12- God challenged the Jinn and Mankind to bring the like of the Quran: and no one has brought like the Quran including any government in the world.
17:88 Say: Verily, though mankind and the jinn should assemble to produce the like of this Qur'an, they could not produce the like thereof though they were helpers one of another. -قُل لَّئِنِ اجْتَمَعَتِ الإِنسُ وَالْجِنُّ عَلَى أَن يَأْتُواْ بِمِثْلِ هَـذَا الْقُرْآنِ لاَ يَأْتُونَ بِمِثْلِهِ وَلَوْ كَانَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ ظَهِيرًا (17:88)
13- The Quran guide people to the straight path: it is not only my observation the religious Muslims are the best of Muslims in manners.
17:9 Lo! this quran guideth unto that which is straightest, and giveth tidings unto the believers who do good works that theirs will be a great reward.
إِنَّ هَـذَا الْقُرْآنَ يِهْدِي لِلَّتِي هِيَ أَقْوَمُ وَيُبَشِّرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ الصَّالِحَاتِ أَنَّ لَهُمْ أَجْرًا كَبِيرًا (17:9)
14- The Quran talked about the universes and humans: the scientific points mentioned in the Quran about the universe and human embryology were proven to be true after centuries.
41:53 In time We shall make them fully understand Our messages [through what they perceive] in the utmost horizons [of the universe] and within themselves, so that it will become clear unto them that this [revelation] is indeed the truth. [Still,] is it not enough [for them to know] that thy Sustainer is witness unto everything?
سَنُرِيهِمْ آيَاتِنَا فِي الْآفَاقِ وَفِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ أَوَلَمْ يَكْفِ بِرَبِّكَ أَنَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ (41:53)
